cingci coast

I went to this coast in January where there was almost no one, but I suspect it might be crowded in summer. Still, it was very peaceful to stroll along the sand and listen to the powerful waves crash against the surf. Near the beach is an excellent bike trail that wraps around the island, connecting the major sites (most of the sites on Little Kinmen are near the coast). There are other beaches to the west and northwest that also offer pleasant strolls and old, crumbling, military fortifications. However, in the winter, there are no food vendors or shops nearby.
