torio beach

The beach has beautiful blue water and you can walk along plumeria-line cliffs! It is not crowded and the water is the perfect temperature.

Such a beautiful place, nice beach, I liked it. Clean beach, perfect for the family. Really one great place to visit in Veraguas

We passed through Torio beach while we were exploring the coast and discovered Restaurant Thelma. The menu options were limited to shrimp, chicken or fish. Members of our party enjoyed all of these and reported that the food was first rate. I had the fried whole red snapper and it was the meatiest, most delicious fish I have ever eaten. We didn't check out the beach at Torio, but went further down to Playa Morillo. Playa Morillo is beautiful but when the tide is coming in has very strong rip currents. Our young kids had the times of their lives, but we were terrified and had to keep catching them so they wouldn't float back into the ocean. By the time we left, we were all covered in dark sand. We did stop by to check out Torio beach on the way back, but by then it was high tide and the water was coming up all the way to the road and covered the entire beach. We will check out Torio again next time we are in Panama.

Ive been there 3 times already in less than 1month, The locals and people who live there are great!!Close to beautiful beaches

Estas playas de la provincia de veraguas son excelentes si bien cierto todavia no tienen una explotacion e infraestructura.

El día 9 al 11 de enero, viajamos a la Playa Torio en familia. La pasamos de maravilla, cerca de esta playa, fuimos a otra que queda a 15 minutos "Morrillo", especial para aquellos que le gusta sorfiar. Lo único malo del paseo fue que la cabaña que escogimos no fue la más adecuada, porque ahí se ve la discriminación, que tienen los extranjeros con la gente del área. Lo digo porqué cuando llegamos sólo había una cabaña con abanico, el señor nos informa que al día siguiente se desocupaba una que tenía aire y que nos podíamos mudar a esa, pero cual fue la sorpresa, que nos informan que los que estaban en ese cuarto no se habían ido, pero luego nos enteramos que no fue así, sino que se lo dieron a otra pareja, del cual no quedamos conforme con esto, ya sea por una cosa u otra no debió ser, porque mi dinero tiene el mismo valor que el de esa pareja y si ya había un compromiso debieron cumplir. Por eso no les recomiendo esas cabañas que a continuación daré fotos y nombre. En Playa Torio hay otras y mejores, de mejor calidad y servicio. Atención y buena comida.

En Verdad lo que mas me encanto son los paisajes, son bellisimos, el hotel donde nos hospedamos excelente.

La Playa Torio, ubicada en la Provincia de Veraguas, es muy hermosa para pasarla en familia, su gente es atenta con el turista.
