We went back for a picnic lunch on our 5th Wedding Anniversary. The gardens are beautiful. We had our wedding photos taken there. The beautiful steps going up to the Lorne Bridge, the beautiful 100+ willows trees well manicured. A beautiful Park!

Every year these gardens are beautiful with gardens and carpet beds. The only disappointing thing this year is they put in a asphalt path. The path starts out with nice cement work but then all through the gardens they put in a ugly asphalt path which really takes away from the gardens. Such a shame because if they continued the cement work on the path it would have looked so much better.

Wonderful place to bring a book to sit, relax, and contemplate. Is an oasis of calm in the middle of downtown.

Whenever I visit Brantford in the summer, a quick trip to Lorne Park is always in order. It is easily reached from Downtown Brantford. Yet, it is quiet and relaxed. The floral displays are terrific. Once can stroll the park quickly but the beauty is intense. It leaves you wanting more.

location is close to downtown Brantford and also close to the casino. Bike trails run through it or just sit on one of the benches and watch the world go by.

Passive park, nice to sit, nice view of river, ver near downtown, nice rest stop if riding on trails, restaurant nearby, gorgeous flowers.
