This is a giant wooded area located in the middle of our city. An absolute delightful way to spend your Sunday morning, by yourself, with your family or with your fury companions. Always well groomed, garbages and pet poo bags on site, safe.

Nice, relatively flat trails run for about 3km (up to 5km with the extensions being added in the coming years). Great for a beginning trail runner that doesn't want too many steep climbs or uneven surfaces.

This place is a true community project. It was built and is tended to by some very kind, community minded people. From disabled people to able bodied. Everyone has done what they could to make Laurier Woods beautiful. I had a disabled friend who help with the project in the beginning. It's a really good thing for North Bay in every way.

Variable trail lengths, peace and quiet (other than some highway noise), beautiful autumn colours, easy access, great northern scenery.

I have been hiking these trails for many many years now. I have biked, ran, hiked, and now with my little ones we all get enjoy the trails. All seasons it's great to be in there. if you get chance and want an easy hike to just get out for a bit, this is what you want.

Nice clean walk in the city limits to make you kinda feel like your 'way out there'. Lots to see, birds and animals...
