heritage heights golf & curling club

Visited Heritage Heights for the first time in a few years. I normally don't write reviews but the experience I encountered was awful enough for me to take the time to do it. Check in at the pro shop was a breeze. I was given ample instructions of where the first hole is and where the score cards are. Pro shop staff member greeted us with a smile. We golfed the first nine holes and thought the course was wonderful. It wasn't too busy so our pace of play was slower than normal. We wanted to really enjoy the round. This is where the good review ends. Upon coming in to the club house to order some refreshments we were treated in a way I've never been treated at the golf course. Snapped at would be the accurate description. I ordered a beer that wasn't offered and was rudely told I had to pick something else. This woman clearly doesn't like her job and gave us attitude. After we ordered and went to the washroom we went outside to see this woman in a chair smoking. She quickly snapped something at us again but I couldn't make out what she was saying. This soured the rest of our time at Heritage Heights and we will not be back.
