I did my first sky dive here in May 2012 - amazing experience. You can see all 5 lakes from this jump. The instructors are fun and knowledgeable, the front line staff are great. Safety first: I had postpone our jump one day was too windy, but they accommodated us first thing next day. I recommend purchasing the video option (it's pricey, but worth the memories of rewatching and reliving the experience)! All in all, highly recommended!

This is the second time we came here. It was on a high recommendation from a friend whose 16 year old went skydiving there. The minimum age is now 18 and when our younger son saw his older brother make the jump, we opened the can of worms. We went all out and got the video and the pictures, it was ~400 bucks but soooooo worth it. My son will remember that for his entire life. All the instructors there were awesome, friendly and good sense of humour. There is a snack shack there with decent food. We brought ours and some chairs, they have some there but we like to bring our own comfy ones. They jump in about 1 hour 15 minutes increments, we were group 6 of 7 that day and we were well entertained watching everyone take their turns and watch them ooooh and ahhhh about free falling from 14000 feet and landing back safely. I would highly recommend Burnaby to anyone for thier first time. They are a first rate outfit, you wont be disappointed.

The staff are very professional and they treat you like your someone special. I did my first tandem skydive with a professional skydiver. He was really good to me, made the experience awesome. Thanks Scott. I had pictures and a video done for my jump and it was done very well. I had about 80 pics taken, and the video was so well done I was happy about that. It's amazing how well they can video tape and take pics while your falling. So amazed at their professionalism. I would jump here again, plus your close to the Great Lakes so you see a lot. My adult son came along and had his own video done. I have HIM in my video jumping out of the plane as he had jumped just before me. It was cool to have seen that. Not sure if the videographer knew that that was my son but I'm glad she was able to capture that moment on MY video. That is paying attention to detail when it comes to customer satisfaction. All I can say it was breathtaking..... a different buzzzz. the staff was very friendly and training was provided before the big jump.... the photos and video is a must so make sure you pay extra and get it.Full safety measures are taken and all the divers are fully trained and experienced.

Followed the guidelines on the website. Had an amazing time. The staff was professional but relaxed and you could tell they truely love thier jobs. All the Tandem Masters, Pilots, and Videographers we spoke to made for an amazing experience.we are returning in a few weeks for our 2nd jump.the extra 4000 ft of freefall was worth the extra drive
