Queen Victoria Park is very beautiful with its floral collections and the constant ability to look towards any of the Falls. The statue of King George VI of Canada was a nice treat as he guarded the ramparts looking south. One hint is that if you have your cellphone active, AT&T will "invade" the airspace as you near the Falls though you are on Canadian soil and displace your Canadian provider.

Queen Victoria Park in Niagara Falls is splendid! However, it is always busy. Though that is understandable given the proximity and comfort to both the American and Canadian sides of the Falls. Clean and easy to navigate and the fact many other attractions and restaurants are located within the park, it is an ideal place to start your itinerary when visiting Niagara Falls. In Spring and Summer, the flower displays are magnificent. When the fireworks are on display, it's a great place to situate yourself. Queen Victoria Park is also awesome in winter when the Falls are putting up wonderful ice displays. One can see why that QVP was dedicated and recognized as a great place for the public more than 125 years ago. No trip to the Falls would be complete without a stroll through Queen Victoria Park!!

So very pretty. The flowers were in full bloom in April. The park is so well maintained and so peaceful. It was an ideal place to eat our picnic.

One of the most attractive sights in Niagara Falls, Ontario, is no doubt, the main parkland, located the opposite side of American Falls and Horseshoe Falls in Canada. I had profited the chance to see this Queen Victoria Park, that year 1995. It is very easy to get there. I walked straight forward on the Lundy's Lane from my appartment in Prince Edward Ave. Headed to the east, towards the border between Canada and USA. After Lane, I turned on the Main Str, and then on Murray Str. With this last one I dropped onto large Niagara Parkway, that follows the western bank of the River. This Park is the beautiful recreational tourist area, with gorgeous green lawns and floral gardens all around You. Many kinds of flowers You may spot here and that makes the carpet-bedding design. Little bit uphill from the Parkway, You can see the shapes of the Skylon Tower, Minolta Tower, Niagara Casino Building, Sheraton Hotel, Skywheel Construction, Niagara Parks Police Building and many more. In my promenade, I remember now, stumbled at iron cast figure of the great Nikola Tesla standing on his generator. That is worth of mention, since here on the canadien side, was erected first hydroelectric power plant. As the people say, there is a great winter light festival, You don't want to miss.

well, it's a great view and great experience, but you'd better like people, as even during the offet of off seasons it's going to be ridge-to-ridge... fun, on a recent winter sunday, to see all the folks testing the patience of the provincials and parking cars ever so illegally so a to grab a quick photo of the ice-encrusted falls...

It is definitely a great park that you can visit. Great choice for a short walk or picnic. Come in the winter time at night and see some great lights too.

THE place to be in Canada for New Years Eve!!! Centrally located and different events throughout the year. It is becoming so popular on NYE that parking anywhere close is getting to be quite a headache. Wego should be free NYE to help alleviate the traffic congestion!

This park is very small but also very beautiful with views of the falls across the street. It's a nice respite from the crowds surrounding the falls and the impeccably manicured gardens are well worth the visit.

Easily a highlight of our trip. The sights were breathtaking and the park was immaculate. We will definitely return!

Our family travelled to Niagara Falls for the New Year's Eve show in Victoria Park. We have enjoyed this show in the past but feel that it was poorly managed this year. We came to see Keith Urban but he didn't get to perform until 10 minutes before midnight. Our teenage sons and their friends were very disappointed as were the adults in our group that the 'girlie' bands got so much air time. We also enjoyed the Nickelback remote appearance and would have enjoyed seeing more from them also. We were so cold that we left after midnight and missed most of Keith Urban's show, as did most of the crowd. We were disappointed that we had to put up with the commercials since we did not in previous years. Previously, the bands played without television commercials and we got to see everyone we travelled to see. It could be a better show like we have seen in the past. It was a television production not a crowd pleasing concert. We saw more of the ET hosts than the acts. Ugh!

Beautiful Park, well worth a visit, great view of the falls (from Canadian side), little shop if you run out of batteries, restrooms, flat and easy walking, for the most part. The two parks (US on one side and Cdn on other) are DIFFERENT, the Cdn is flowery and sweet and the US is more natural and not flowery. Two experiences separated by an international border and a bridge and one hell of a river and falls system

This park--really a long greenway beside the falls and river--provides the feeling that the most important aspects of the area remain the falls and river. Once we reached this area, it was as if we'd entered a sanctuary with large trees black squirrels, and vintage stone buildings. Large walkways accommodate the many visitors to the area. An efficient transportation system is provided to help visitors see all the special sites.

Queen Victoria Park is an amazing place, from there I saw the falls and took really beautiful pictures!

Watched the ET Canada New Years party here and it was amazing, so many people having so much fun and there was no attitude from anyone there, just Canadians having fun.
