lake lovely water

This isn't for the uninitiated. Getting to this lake is a bit of an ordeal but the reward is awesome. Don't be a wimp and fly in or hire Jay to motor your way across. Do the cable crossing or canoe the crossing. Pack light and stay at the Tantalus hut if you want or be a dirtbag climber (I say it with affection) and camp out. There is no parking and the entrance is unclear but can be found in guidebooks for scrambles and climbs in Southwestern BC. Have someone drop you off if you have friends in the area, or bike in and lock/hide your bikes in the forest nearby. Do your research before attempting otherwise you will be turned away.

Who put this on the site? It's only for the locals!! :) It's absolutely named well! Great for the whole family, beautiful day at the lake!
