Make this your first stop in Vancouver to make the best use of your time in this amazing city. The ladies gave us maps, resources and a suggested itinerary for a rainy day and we got to see so much.

Well staffed and so helpful with our many questions on where to go and what we should visit in a limited time frame. Plenty maps and flyers on places to visit from the whole area.

There was a good supply of tourism literature available and a friendly, welcoming staff person on hand.

Hello and thank you for visiting us in December. We do have another location at YVR, in the International Arrivals terminal that is larger than our location at the Domestic Terminal. We look forward to seeing you again!

As a greencoat volunteer under the Vancouver International Airport Authority, I have the chance to liaise with them at the International Arrival Hall of YVR airport to help passengers. From time to time, if passengers have problems but we cannot answer due to any reason, we always refer them to visit the centre who has all communication devices and internet connection to check for the answers. They also provide relevant brochures to passengers about info of various tourist places.
