We had a group of 9 people, who stayed 1 night at the Auberge du Lac Morency. The whole experience was excellent. We went on a 3 hour guided snowmobile ride through some very nicely groomed trails. We also did an intro to dogsledding, which went around the perimeter of the frozen lake. Overall awesome experience. The staff can handle big groups without any problems.

My wife and I did the dogdledding intro, a 4 hour snowmobile guided tour, and a half-day ice fishing during our stay at the Auberge du Lac Morency. The dog sledding was amazing, great fun in mushing a team of dogs around the lake. We were both able to take a turn driving the sled. Our snowmobiling guide was fantastic, and did a great job leading us and another couple around the beautiful area, despite our complete lack of French-speaking ability. The ice fishing was fun as well, and Alec made it even more fun as our guide. We didn't catch a thing, and that's probably the coldest I've ever been, but it was still an amazing experience. I would highly reccomend all of Aventures Plein Air's winter adventures to anyone staying in the area, especially the Auberge, since it's so convienent.

My wife and I visited Aventures Plein Air this December just in time for the first major snowfall of the year and we were so amazed by how wonderful this company is!From the shuttle that picked us up in Montreal (Shirley is the nicest lady ever), to the amazing team of employees at the property, we were treated like VIP's the whole time! Alex, the owner, is the nicest, most down-to-earth guy. He treats his staff like family and all of his guests even better! We went dog sledding on the frozen lake, which was a dream come true, then the next day we went snowmobiling through the mountain forests covered with snow. Wow.During our half-day snowmobile tour, we stopped in town for an included lunch, which was delicious...you gotta try the Poutine!Alex provided my wife and I top quality snow gear, including snowmobiling pants, coat, gloves, and helmet which he let us use for our entire stay there, not just during our tour. We couldn't believe how nice everyone was and what great quality equipment they have. We rode a brand new snowmobile that was super easy to drive and VERY fast!I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. We will, without a doubt, visit again. we can't wait to check out their summer/fall offerings. They have Jeep CJ-7's with huge tires ready to go trailing. Thanks again, Alex for all of your assistance planning our trip and excursions. You made our trip to Canada so memorable!-Gabriela & Ian from Miami, FL

This place has the greatest, friendliest staff.Took a one hour snowmobile rental with a friend. The guide understood that it was our first time on snowmobiles and was patient and very friendly. We went up to the top of a small mountain and stopped where we could see the beautiful view of the lake and surroundings. Then we spent a few minutes on the lake.We also had a chance to see the dogs and were given some interesting facts about them as well. One hour was a little short but probably enough for a first time. You may want to ask to go on the lake for a few minutes first to familiarize yourself with the machine before you go up the winding uphill path through the forest if you're not sure of your ability. Overall a fun experience.

All equipment included, even ski suit, boots and helmet. Guide spoke English very well. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful! Would recommend this activity to anyone looking for some fast paced fun! Thanks for a fun afternoon Fred!

Hello, first I would like to thank you for these comments : we like to have your feed back, and it's helping us to improve our product.I remember you told me personnaly that the free time was not enought in the old Montreal, and we decided to change the show at the basilica to 7:30h (instead of 6h). We did the tour with the new schedule this week, so it let over 2 hres of free time instead of 1h. The tour come back later, but has you told me, everybody in the group has enjoy the new schedule and where happy about the extended free time.Thank's again for your comment!!Alexandre Saey, Owner

Hello Mrs,I really appologize for this situation, I know it was not plesant for you. It was a mistake from us, as I told you on the phone. The mistake was made by the person that has ended the transaction (instead of releasing the 1000$, he kept it).But the credit of 1000$ has been made on your credit card in august. I hope you can see it on your statement, and if you don't, call me back or send me and e-mail and we will take care of it.Sorry again, and I hope you will keep good memories of your ATV ride.Best regards,Alexandre Saey, owner

This was our first time on an ATV, and I was rather nervous. Our guide, Marc-Antoine, was wonderful! He was highly proficient in English, and was very good at encouraging a slightly scared middle-aged woman. He was very patient, and very proficient at giving instructions and suggestions. Although I don't plan to get on an ATV again, I highly recommend this place for those with varying levels of experience.

Thanks for sharing your toughts with us. We are sorry you didn't enjoy tour tour to Montreal. We had really good comments from the other passenger. We would like to mention a few things regarding your comment. The prices you mention are not accurate, and we think it's important to mention the real price you can find on the internet: Biodôme: 17,75 $ + taxes (15%) at the momentBasilique Notre-Dame: 10 $ + taxes Bateau Mouche Cruise : 24$ + taxes Oratoire Saint-Joseph : 3$ + taxes For a total of 83,57$ Add the fact that there is a breakfast before you leave, the bus rental, the guide salary and the gas and you come to pretty much 139$ (wich is the price of the city tour ). We are sorry for the hour delay, as we told you before, Shirley's car broke down and had to be towed while she was coming to pick you up. This situation is out of our control and never happened to us in the past. We hope this helps you better understand our tour price and we wish you a very good day.

They have very friendly knowledgeable guides. They know their equipment and the trails and showed us a fantastic time. We took a five hour tour.
