neagles rock

Thought it may have been something special, a little disappointing after all the trouble to find it.

Some nice walking tracks and some vista views. Great if you have spare time. Has a sheltered picnic table, but not much else.

Drove up to the Neagles Rock Lookout but only got as far as the parking area, which was nice & set by a billabong, lots of birds. We didn't realise until we got there that it's a 300 metre trek up to the actual lookout point & as it was a hot summer day we didn't have appropriate footwear for walking in the bushes.... Looked like a lovely spot though, nice little winding drive up there.

This track just outside Clare was completely washed out and dangerous. My daughter sprained her ankle coming down after we attempted it. Needs work

just hope you get Jane to serve you - her level of knowledge and commitment is tops!
