the bellevue hotel and bar

Walking into the hotel, we were surprised when we realised it had a swimming pool for kids and also children play area. You can stay there in one of there rooms. You can also play the poker machines for smoking and non smoking. They have live bands in the evening for free, They have there own bistro and the staff are very polite and always greeted us with a big smile , which was nice. They have darts and pool tables. The price of food and drinks are reasonable.

Stayed here with family during New Years. Hotel rooms for 4 people only $100 / night. Beds were comfortable. Air Conditioning in rooms were on a timer from 4pm - 7am. You could not stay in room during day as rooms were too hot. Meals in restaurant were typical priced for this time of year. Our meals one evening came out cold as they were calling another table number and not ours. Other friends we were with did however receive hot, well sized meals. Pool for kids inside the Hotel was a relief from the hot bedrooms. On New Year's Eve it was only a 5 minute walk to waterfront.If you are looking for an alternative to cabins in a camping ground, this maybe a good alternative.

Enjoyed a nice family dinner at the restaurant/bistro on a weeks holiday to Forster/Tuncurry. Generous pub food with great nightly specials all relished whilst the children swam in the hotel swimming pool.

great place very easy to relax there . they have all the usual things like Keno and pokies and a nice bistro.
