威勒比开放式动物园

你可以开车40分钟观看食草动物,再绕一个2000米的圈观看肉食动物、河马和大猩猩。如果幸运的话,你可以近距离的观看动物,但通常情况下它们都缩在展区靠后的位置或者你几乎看不到它们的地方,而且背对着你(大猩猩)。也许还有更多内容,但我感觉这里是维多利亚三个动物园中最无趣的(墨尔本动物园第一名,希勒斯维尔第二名,韦里比第三名,差距很小)。这里需要有更多散步的选择、外购的餐品、可以看到的动物,以及除了乘车之外的其他选择。还应该允许家庭带球在野餐地玩耍。作为一个当地人,我觉得每隔一年来一次已经足够了,尽管我有十几岁的孩子,他是个动物迷。

威勒比开放式动物园适合所有年龄层的人去玩。事实上,我已经去过很多次了,我最喜欢里面的公车之旅。(如果你被一个长颈鹿阻隔在了路中央,千万别忘了拍照,这是多么好的一个场景啊!)

我们在学校假期的最后几天来到这个动物,大概有50000名孩子在那里,但是大家都感到非常无聊疲惫。我们只能在很远的地方看见那些动物,然后我们就一直走路走了2个小时,一直在看路旁的植物。

我真的住在韦里比,强烈推荐这家动物园。看到大象在广阔的草地上来回自由的闲逛很吃惊。新的大猩猩圈地真的很棒。公交会带你在动物园四周逛的,很舒服,司机信息很广。对于任何一个洲际或海外的旅游者来说必须要去看看。

这是海外旅行很棒的一个景点!威勒比开放式动物园(Werribee Open Range Zoo)真不错,任何年龄段的游客都会喜欢。你会喜欢的!

Fab place, well worth the visit. Animals look superb and the zoo itself is extremely well kept, interesting and fun. All ages loved it.

On our way to Ballarat for a holiday, my husband & I spent a day at Werribee Zoo. We did find it a bit differcult to find as there weren't many info signs for directions but we found it...is a fantastic place! to any family visiting, you won't be disappointed & the kids big or small will be well entertained. Fun, educational & easy to walk around. If money conscious, pack a picnic. Recommended to anyone.

Very informative safari bus tour, nice to see the animals in good sized enclosures. Got some fabulous photos of the Giraffes and Lions and Rhinos. We got there just in time for the last bus tour, so my advice is to get there earlier. Great for the kids and adults alike

I loved Werribee open range zoo! When you visit you get a 40min Safari ride included with your ticket. The Safari was amazing and the tour guide really knew his stuff. I have never seen animals so close before especially certain antelope I've never seen at other zoos. It was def worth the price! The only downfall was their wasn't a huge amount of animals eg bears or tigers but I think it's more about conservation at this zoo and making the animals feel like they are at home. I found it was worth the drive to Werribee and i recommend it to anyone who hasn't been.

Spent about five hours venturing around the zoo. Take bathers or easy dry clothes for the mini water feature half way through the park The bus tour was excellent and the tour guide was superb.

We are at Werribee zoo pretty much every second week - zoo membership really works for us. Love how authentic they have recreated the real environment of the African savannah on all pathways, with little huts, sound effects, safari vehicles for the kids to climb on etc. the recently newly built hippo beach is s great place to spend a hot summer day with big stone hippos shooting water fountains.Great bus safari tour where you can get really close to giraffes, rhinos, zebras etc. they also run a kids safari every weekday at 11am.On top if that you can see native Australian animals such as koalas and bilbis etc.The ranger kids indoor playground is also a great spot - huge wooden helicopter and heaps of you animals to play with.

Expensive day out - seems normal here- but excellent mock safari ride to see the African animals. The Aussie selection was terrible though, basically pretty much nothing. Go to Healesville instead if you can only afford the one, much better.

Loved the 40 min safari on the bus included in the entry price. No windows, so you can take great photos. Huge open range where African animals roam freely, often quite close to the bus. Well worth the visit for this feature alone and a point of difference to other zoos. Unfortunately the rest of the zoo was a little disappointing and we were unable to see any kangaroos or gorillas, but this may have been due to the time of day. We visited in the afternoon and so missed all the 'talks' , I would recommend going earlier in the day to make the most of all the events. Good meals in the cafe and ample parking.
