Very helpful staff at the Visitors Centre. Heaps of information and booklets to take away. Centrally located so very easy to find

The two young women on duty here were delightful and knowledgeable about the area. There is an abundance of information provided free, or you can buy more detailed booklets. Make sure you collect the free colour map from the counter; it's terrific.

Always a delight to visit this tourist centre. Helpful staff and a great assortment of rochures. The cafe adjoining very well frequented with a great big outdoor seating area facing the park.

We went in to enquire about hiring a canoe and were told the best place to go, a ;0 minute drive and the place was closed. Information centre really ought to have up to date information. The cafe they suggested was also closed.

The people here have always been great! Five Stars to them! They actually enjoy their work and showcasing the place!

The lady working at the Information Centre was a cheerful and happy individual who did as much as possible to make our visit more enjoyable, a credit to her town.

A top central location where ALL local Tourism options are available. Excellent staff with detailed local knowledge and understanding of needs of visiting tourists.

There is plenty of parking even during peak times and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The added bonus is that it connects to a wonderful café at the rear which has the best views over the Ovens river and parkland.

We were greeted enthusiastically and asked what we liked to do. The suggestions were relevant and helpful, with maps and local knowledge. We went with their suggestions and had a great two days. So nice to talk to people who can tailor the information given to suit us.
