I was at the aquarium last month and I got surprised! The price was cheap and the place is in good conditions ! People are helpful and the fish are nice ! I really recommend it !
The aquarium is very small if compared to the big ones in Lisbon, Monterey, Baltimore etc., but it hosts many local fish, including fish from the Amazon rivers. It was already expanded and it improved a lot since it s original conception. Children will certainly appreciate the visit.
Nice to see. It's the second place more visited in the state of Sao Paulo (only behind the Zoo in Sao Paulo city). So usually it is very crowded.
Small aquarium with decent collection of local sea life. Mainly aimed at, and visited by, hordes of kids. But for 5 BRL you can't go wrong. Count 30 mins for a visit.
It's a nice place to go with all the Family. Kids will have lots of fun. It's a great experience. You shouldn't miss it.
This is a great place to go with family or even with friends. We loved the turtles and the sharks. every single animal has it own informative sign, so you can learn a ton. Please stop by and enjoy! learn a lit to bit of Brazil ocean diversity
This is a great place for family with young kids. Its very educational. The place has many species of sea life, from simples fishes to pinguins and sea-li
Kids get crazy when they are visiting this place. It's not a big place but there are many diferent sea animals, like turtles, sharks, and others.
It would be better if it was more clean and well treated, but still a very nice place to visit and have fun with the animals.
Small, dirty, humid, what else can one say about a place that has the very basic to show. Very primitive information. Never again
May not be a definite must see in Santos but a good place to go with kids. It houses many species of sea creatures with a brief information on each. A nice place to educate the children on sea creatures. There is also daily show featuring a sea lion but you might need to check the timings for that. All in all its a good experience for a reasonable price.
The place is really small and just few fishes to see. The water in aquariums aren't clean enough, so you can se some organic dust on the glass or in the water. The glass for the viewer's side is dirty with the fingerprints of kids and their parents. A lot of trash are on the floor, some exhibitions are closed for renovation. So for me is just one time visit attraction in Santos.
You can enjoy a big variety of sea animals and also appreciate the surroundings. On Sundays there is always extra free concerts in the garden in front of the Aquarium.
A nice 1-2 hour visit over a simple but very inexpensive (US$2,0 per adult) aquarium. Features a sea lion, sharks and penguins plus a good variety of fish from Brazil and rest of the world. Not too much interaction and rather small compared to other aquariums in the world. If you have been to very large aquariums (Atlanta, Miami, Dubai, etc) this will not entice you. But overall a nice trip for the kids during the day if tired from other beach activities.
It is a very different visit. It is the biggest Aquarium of Latinum America and it have an extention of 3.223m ², 31 tanks of fresh and salt water with 250 animal's species .The first hall you can see the room to watch informations videos. Then you can wals into the halls and see the species. There is a lot of fish, some Sharks, Turtles, Siris and there are Penguins too. There are a sealion that was found hurt and treated in there, you can see him swimming happy. The entry is very cheap, about R$15,00.
