Well, our experience with Traventuria was an interesting one. We came as a family of four for our first skiing experience ever, and were welcomed with a kind and smiling stuff that helped us to choose our equipment and fit it (Though we had to change it few times during the week to follow). The first day was very problematic, as a tree fell on the gondola lift, so nobody knew when will it operate again.Unfortunately, the agency wasn't informed by the skiing school that the beginners lessons are taking part anyway next to the gondola, Therefore, we missed a whole day of skiing and learning due to miscoordination with the school. But as I believe that a company's service and quality is measured in times of trouble, I can really appreciate the dealing of Traventuria of the case. Eventually, after a short emails exchange, we got a refund for our relative part of the package and the remain of the vacation passed smoothly. I am really thankful for the agency for their treatment and care of us and would recommend others to use their services. The staff was patient and supportive and the equipment was good and new (We took the premium package).Thanks again and maybe see you soon,Max.

We booked everything with traventuria: Transfers, school, equipment, ski pass.service was awesome! transfers arrived exactly at time (semi-private), from the airport and directly from the hotel even in very late night hour.equipment was good enough, since it was the first time snowboarding, we booked the premium package and it was fine.I am totally recommend booking with them.

We arranged our boot, ski, pole and helmet hire as well as lessons (beginner for one of us and expert for the other) and couldn't have been more delighted with the service. The staff spoke really good English, were unusually polite, quick and on the ball and the equipment was excellent. They made what can be a bit of of a tortuous experience a pleasure. We cut it fine a couple of evenings only just getting back at the 11th hour but they were there and cheerful as ever. Absolutely excellent service.

Very good service they waited for us at the airport with our names on a board and transported us to the hotel good service ,we also hired our ski equipment through them which was very good also.

We went skiing for 3 days, and used Traventuria ski hire which was the cheapest price I could find for its great location. It's located just below the main gondolas on the hill leading up to Hotel Rila so you can access the slopes very quickly from here as they are just around the corner - 1 minute walk.We were late arriving but they fitted us very quickly with ski clothes hire as well. The staff are very friendly, answered all our questions calmly, allowed us to keep our gear in the free locker storage and even offered to print off my return boarding passes free of charge. Couldn't meet nicer people really. We were fitted in less than half an hour for 5 people which gave us time to go on the slopes just before they closed.We had basic skis so they were 5 years + but they did the job very well, and the boots were comfortable enough.

Great efficient service, very friendly shop staff. Allowed us to change our boots mid week. Equipment was brand new. We paid extra for VIP ski pass which meant we could skip the gondola queue, it was not much extra and so worth it. Would use these guys again!

Very friendly staff that helps to fit the ski equipment. The equipment is good (at least for the beginners). The bad part is that you have to walk in the boots and with all your equipment a couple of minutes to/from the Gondola. But that's the case with every ski rental company in Bansko except Ulen, the monopolist.

Went snowshoeing with them fantastic guide called Georgie new the area like the back of his hand,also very informative about the history of Bulgaria. Will definitely used them again.

We booked transfers, equipment hire and ski school through Traventuria. We were met at the airport by a member of staff and set off promptly in a minibus and at the end of our holiday our return transfer was perfect. The equipment we hired was good quality and the staff in the shop could not have been more friendly or helpful. The only issue we had was the ski school. On our first day we went to the meeting point nice and early as advised. When we got there we were put in groups according to whether we'd been skiing before. We then stood around for well over an hour whilst we waited for instructors. When they eventually arrived we were tested and put in groups. We then had time for one run down the training slope before our 2 hour lesson ended. The instructor seemed only interested in people who had booked 4 hours for 6 days. When we arrived at the meeting point the following day there was no-one there so we gave up on the ski school we had paid for. I have given Traventuria a good score because once you are at the ski school it is organised by instructors from numerous companies.

Good ski conditions. Great ski instructors for kids.Good facilities.Very reasonable prices.Lot of good restaurants.Lot of shops for ski equipment and winter clothing

We received an excellent service from the team at Traventuria and could not recommend them more highly. Something works smoothly and efficiently in this town!

Fab staff smiley friendly helpful really good quality equipment some brand new. Defo going back to them next year.

Very much on time for both pick up from airport and return. Drivers I imagine vary, the pick up one was a bit erratic and speedy but return driver very considerate in his driving
