Knez Mihailova is undoubtedly one of the top attractions of the city. i think this is the main shopping street in Belgrade. The contrast between the old buildings and the new brand's magasine is great. You have lot's of coffe shops, some nice restaurants and great magasines. It reminds me of Brasov old city.

Pyramid in front of the Serbian Academy of Arts and Sciences was placed by the City of Belgrade in 1995 . It has four sides , one can read the latitude and longitude of pyramid , altitude and acceleration of gravity at that moment . Before the pyramid in that place was the pyramids , a century earlier , on top of the Captain Misa building , where sides of the world were marked for those who want to Orient .

You will see all sorts of people here young and old, business and casual. Foreigners and pleasant locals.Very interesting street and you must walk if you want to reach Kalemegdan!

This street is walking zone. In many ways reminiscent of Vienna. That's because of strong influence of the Austrian architect in XVIII century.
