Protected area from the years 1998-1993 is a natural rocky area of sandstone rock and pine forests, located 13 km from Litomyšl. Touristically atractive area with river Navohradka is situated on region Chrudim and Svitavy. In Toulovcovy Maštale we can see sandstone wals and underlying crystalline rock and majestically constructed on rock. Total surface area of the reservation is 1083.6 hectares at an altitude of 350 - 550 m above sea level. Recreation area with four lookouts, cycling tourism, rare and protected plants and animals.
