We visited here in October 2013. We were staying in a hotel right on the harbour and it was wonderful to walk around looking at the variety of boats, talking to the caretakers on board and see how peaceful and serene the setting is. What a contrast of boats from 4 tiered boats with heliport to canoes, visiting liners to sailing vessels. My partner was in heaven wandering around checking out the boats and I loved the photo opportunities around the harbour.

This place oozes cash!So much money to be seen everywhere.Million Euro yachts, designer shops and people dripping in diamonds.Borderline tacky but I love it!

I have cruise trip, and of the stop was Monte Carlo. I could not help to notice that Monte Carlo is a small beautiful city, yet very luxury. The city is very well manage and also exclusive. We make a trip by foot around the city and finish it in 6 hours.My favorite place was the church where Grace Kelly hat her wedding and where she is burried. The view of the city from the ship was amazing.

Just in short - just go there, it's worth every minute to just enjoy and intake all the impression of the overloaded luxury. Elegance, style and posh - you name it. But go here with stile. You will like it.

My oh my...I can sit here sipping a cup of coffee watching the sunrises or with a glass of red wine watching the sunset goes down...or in between of the day is good! How richie you feel just seeing yachts! Monte Carlo is way too rich but it's something amazing to see.

If you want to see yachts, that, lets face it we will never afford in a lifetime, take a walk along the Harbor!

This is beyond rich but fun to gaze at all these yachts laying in this harbor. From "small" to cruise boat size. And even yacht with a helicopter on a platform. If your in Monaco just walk along and imagine one of these yachts is yours...

It's a lovely place to sit and look at the fantastic crafts that are moored here! There is a little boat which I thought took you around the harbour ! It doesn't it takes you from one side to the other for 2 euros and all you see is the back of boats ! I still can't understand why anyone would use this. Couple of bars at side of the harbour were quite pleasant.

Amazingly spectacular boats in the harbour, including one that had a helicopter on board.If you wish to see what the super rich do with their money, then it is advisable to take a walk around the harbour, it is mesmerising to say the least.

I think the harbor, at night, is absolutely perfect. The lights, boats and water is spectacular. Don't remember the name of a little bar right on the harbor, but it is a great place to stop. Interesting people too....

A short walk from our hotel (The Columbus) led us to the harbor where we found a vast number of very luxurious yachts moored. I have used the word yacht in its true sense; these boats were not the typical cabin cruisers I was used to seeing moored at marinas but real sleek, opulent, large ocean going yachts. One after another these large magnificent mini ships are tied to the wharf where you can wonder among them in awe. Well worth exploring.

Strolling around the harbour in Monte Carlo is mind boggling. There are some of the most beautiful yachts moored here & the cost of them is crazy. Part of the GP track goes right past the harbour so you can actually walk on the track. Awesome.

It is only a harbor after all but one full of yachts that are fun to look at! An easy walk from here to see the sites of the city.

enjoyed drinking wine with friends and people watching . The yachts were fantastic and also the monte carlo rally was on at the time.
