This little farm is a gem. All the food and wine is locally made. The scenery is stunning. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. It is a perfect location on the road between Budapest and Ljubljana, and a delight in summer and in winter. Highly recommended for families.

We only had food there, but it was always delicious and nicely served. The owners are friendly and always happy to see us. Food is home made, traditional and locally produced and the view is amazing. Great for a peaceful afternoon.

Our stay at this excellent farmhouse made our first family holiday with our baby daughter so memorable and enjoyable. Facilities, entertainment, environment and service they provided were all so child-friendly. Their breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, most of which were homemade. It was a shame not to be able to bring back all their delicious produce! The stunning countryside scenery and short distances to sightseeing spots in the region are also attractive. Only a short driving distance from the capital, Ljubljana. Would love to be able to visit this lovely farm every summer!!!

I got a night on a Firbas's hay for a birthday present from my partner. It was incredible experience and we were both delighted by the owners customer orientation and warmth. Not to mention that all food served there is theirs - they produce everything on their, farm. Excellent! We bought some also for taking it home.

This year we decided that we will spent our short holiday on a farm. We choose a wonderful farmhouse FIRBAS that is on the outskirts of Prekmurje and Goričko. We book 4 nights /5 days at the end of october. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather, because it was very cold and rained on the first day (we take refuge in the spa). Inspite of the bad weather we had a great time at Firbas family. The farm is a part of 'Europe of Traditions' Association.Surroundings offer many possibilities for trips and tourist attractions in neighboring villages and cities.I would recommend farm for the spring or summer. Great for kids! In summer, kids can even sleep on the hay barn ... They have a lot of animals on the farm (pigs, cattle, chickens, rabbits, sheep, horses...). The family is very hospitable, a lot of delicious authentic slovene food and drink they produced by themselves, mother Marjana cooks and bakes sinfully good.We will be back for sure in the springtime!

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits à Firbas, l'endroit est très agréable, l'accueil un peu pressé en raison du grand nombre d'hôtes mais néanmoins très serviable. La famille d'accueil parle particulièrement bien allemand. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu'ils appellent les grottes de Pekel pour s'assurer qu'elles étaient bien ouvertes le jour où nous souhaitions nous y rendre.L'endroit est idéal pour les enfants qui adorent monter sur le tracteur en bois, ou faire du tir à l'arc. Il y a de l'espace et toujours la possibilité de trouver un endroit calme.Sur les trois fermes dans lesquelles nous avons séjourné, celle-ci est la seule où l'on soit vraiment entourés d'animaux, ce qui est très sympa pour les enfants qui vont voir les taureaux, moutons, chevaux, lapins et cochons. Attention si vous souhaitez faire le tour en calèche annoncé sur la brochure, prévenez-les à l'avance car ils doivent l'organiser avec une personne extérieure à la ferme.Les chambres sont spacieuses sans être luxueuses ; une fenêtre est utilement équipée d'une moustiquaire. La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte mais est propre et tout fonctionne. Seul bémol, la mauvaise isolation phonique entre les chambres ; dans la mesure cependant où tout le monde se couche à des heures normales, cela ne nous a pas gênés outre mesure.Les dîners sont inégaux ; parfois délicieux, toujours copieux ! Les petits déjeuners sont parfaits. Et nous avons profité avec bonheur du nectar de poire produit par la ferme, à goûter absolument !

Un momento di relax totale in un ambiente che ti "avvolge".Belle camera rustiche pulitissime,alimenti buoni e cucinati bene. Posizione stupenda tra frutteti e vitigni.Personale amabile. Giro l'europa da quando avevo 5 anni (ne ho 53) mi sento di consigliarequesto posto senza alcuna riserva. N.B. se amate la citta',il casino ecc. non venite qua'.Zorza Giancarlo Italia.

Les responsables sont très sympa et n'hésitent pas à nous donner des conseils de visite dans les alentours. Le petit déjeuner tout comme le dîner sont excellent, tous les produits sont frais et bien cuisinés. Les chambres sont par contre assez rustiques, la salle de bain n'est pas de première jeunesse. Par contre il faut bien être conscient qu'il s'agit avant tout d'une ferme et donc ce sympathique endroit ne s'adresse pas aux personnes qui n'aiment pas les animaux en tout genre!

Nous y avons mangé plusieurs soirs. Chaque jour, des plats traditionnels différents soignés (pas de carte). Ambiance très agréable.

Per la S.Pasqua 2013 abbiamo deciso di passare alcuni giorni in questo agriturismo tra i vigneti della Stiria slovena.Nonostante la pioggia e la neve l'esperienza e`stata veramente particolare.La fattoria si trova in cima ad una collina dove domina una vasta distesa di vigneti che scendono fino a valle mentre attorno un grande bosco fa da cornice al tutto.La cucina della padrona di casa e`semplice genuina e creativa ...le zuppe ,servite sempre come primo piatto, sono veramente buone...e che dire della putizza(un dolce pasquale con noci e cioccolato)straordinaria...da gustare a piu` riprese.Nella fattoria vivono tanti animali tra cui dei spendidi cavalli.Il relax e` assicurato
