Unfortunately not opened in the winter months, but this place is great for a date. Bring your own mosquito repellant in the summer though. They are near a wooded field and they come feasting on mini-golfers!

We had a bunch of kids to entertain one day ranging from 4-10 on a sunny day, so we voted on mini-golf. I used to come here as a kid and I remember it being very fun so I was excited to go. We called and asked if the age ranges were acceptable for the establishment and the guy answered of course and gave the prices per person. Once we arrived, the manager(?) very rudely informed us that there was an age limit, apparently the underpaid teen that answered our call forgot that very important detail. Bottom line we scooped up the disappointed kiddies and took them to another mini golf place off of 41. It was a park district location, I think Deerfield, but it was fun, clean, and all the kids enjoyed themselves. We will be visiting this place more often.

Loads of fun. This has got to be one of the most fun mini golf locations around. The obstacles are in a mixture of nursery rhymes and iconic Chicago landmarks. The is one hole where you try to get your ball into the elevator on a replica of the Willis (Sears) tower and if you are lucky have it spot out for a hole in one. They've got 3 separate 18-hole course so you can enjoy lots of different challenges and still not get bored. This is a great way to spend a sunny summer afternoon.

Love going here. Fun place for the family. Make sure you don't promise a visit to the young ones before you are certain they meet the height requirements. Very strict about that rule.

I'm not sure why some people say it's not kid friendly, we found it to be terrific with our kids ranging from 7 - 15. One of the workers (who are all pretty young) let us have them hold my daughter's coat she didn't need at their station while we played. It's a fun course, nicely updated (compared to a lot of those run-down places that are ancient). We had a good time and would go back.

This is by far the best mini golf course I have ever been to. I read about it online and decided to give it a shot. It was such a good time and I would def go back. The holes are challenging and it never gets boring. The atmosphere is nice and the staff was great. The price was reasonable for what you get. Please visit this course if you are looking for something fun to do in the area.

I took a couple of my kids here. There are two courses and we ended up doing both. The kids loved it and I have to say the courses are interesting. A nice day.

I liked the elaborate hole designs, clear area, and multiple courses. I don't like the cash only, military-style attendants, and height requirement (my youngest still hasn't been able to go)

I have been to Par-King many times. Golfing is seasonal and weather permitting, price varies depending on day/time. The history of the course and the figures are quite entertaining.

This miniature golf course has many unusual, fun holes. If you are taking young children call ahead because they have restricted age and time rules.

Love this place! Best mini golf in the city. Take the family here at least once a year. Downside; cash only.

We've driven past ParKing hundreds of times in the past several years. I've previously checked online and knew that they had a 48inch height requirement. my little guy just reached 48 inches so we decided to check it out. I am so glad we went. it was so awesome. Went on a week day so it was not very crowded but still a decent amount of people. The detail given to each of the holes was incredible. Spinning clown, statue of liberty, loop-dy-loop, it was a lot of fun. We've gone to other mini golf places in the area that weren't nearly as much fun. This was definitely competitively priced and well worth the admission cost of $8 each. They only take cash so don't forget. Great photo opp's in front of several of the holes and of course the pink castle. They also have a small game room with air hockey tables and maybe 2 video games. We didnt really check them out but we went for the golfing and had a great time.

Solid mini-golf course! You can tell this place has some history because of the style, which I kinda liked. Not that its run down but you can just tell it’s been there a while. My wife and I hit the Par King for something unique to do while in the area relaxing away from our small children. I think when my son and daughter are older we will definitely visit again when in the area. Price was reasonable, for the area, $8 for 18 holes. We realized about halfway through that there are two 18 hole courses. We wished we got to do the other ones as well. All of the holes are gimmicky, classic mini golf holes. Little elevators, ramps, chutes, multiple holes to come out of, and my favorite, the roller coaster. All in all it was good fun and I would recommend it. They also played some good jams which added to the nostalgia, classic rock and pop, made for good atmosphere. One more positive about the staff, there were some very bratty little rich kids ahead of us, one of them very rude and inconsiderate trying to show off and get attention. Right away the girl that got us started said quietly that if they gave us any trouble to let her know right away. Then, about halfway through they were goofing around and the manager came out and told them to clean it up or they were gone. After that they shaped up. Very well handled and well appreciated.

Great place for miniature golf, only takes cash. You have to pay to walk, parents can't walk with your kids and not pay. Great courses and lots of fun!
