Loved the rocking chairs and the "foot rest" - we sat in the first row of the stadium seating - rested our feet on the railing. Could enjoy a beverage - they serve alcohol - that's nice. Very clean. Only negative: first movie cinema I went to where you purchased an assigned seat.

The past few times I have visited this theater there have been quite a few unruly and inconsiderate people. Management pays no attention to the gangs of unruly teens. They run in and out of the movie, talk constantly and use their cell phones. I had to miss part of a movie once to go get management as 30 teens were rude and inconsiderate. They were yelling and running around the theater. As well they theater could be a tad bit cleaner. The sound is sometimes "off" during the movie: either not loud enough or not in sync. This last time I think was our last time attending. We will look elsewhere.

I think they remodeled a bit. The place seems different, the chairs are comfortable. I missed the flavor salt for the popcorn, that other cinemas offer.

The fact that this theater offers reserved seating makes it so much easier for avid movie goers to ensure they get great seats. We always buy our tickets ahead of time online. We love picking out our seat and knowing we won't have to arrive super early to get a great spot. We like to come before noon as the price for a movie is cheaper. The screens are large and the seats are very comfortable. The seats on the first row that lean back are really nice. Like every other movie theater the concession prices are high but it doesn't take away from the fact that this place is truly stepping up its game. The Coke machines are a fun way to try new drinks. We've always liked their popcorn and the staff is usually really friendly and helpful.This theater also hosts special viewings and marathons. We have gone to a few and they were great. For the marathons they read trivia questions and gave prizes to the winners. The whole process went by seamlessly. When new movies are released and a line is needed, it always has visible signage. The bathrooms are clean and have paper towels.

Tried to buy a small coke, changed my mind when more than $5. Tickets cost $11 each and no student discount. Walked from hotel so didn't have to worry about parking. Not sure how I feel about the assigned seating. Location was great only perk for us. Would chose another location if I could have but on vacation so it was expected.

I like that it has a bar, but other than that, it's a movie theatre with expected pricing. Parking is a bear sometimes since it shares a lot with the other stores in the shopping center.

Fully remodeled, new foods, has the new Coke 100 plus drink machines, they added a bar and almost all stadium seats with front row full recliners.

We always enjoy taking the entire family to see movies at AMC Regency 20! Our experience is consistently fun and pleasant. The service is great and very accommodating.

We have enjoyed going to the movies since the change to all reserved seats. We can make an informed decision to not go if we do not care for the seats that are available. We usually buy our seats at home so we can decide which showing to attend. The SINGLE BIGGEST COMPLAINT is with the concessions. They are grossly overpriced and there is little or no opportunity to reduce the sizes. I asked for a small drink. 16oz! Families need choices both for fiscal and dietary reasons.

I enjoy going to the AMC Regency. I find the theatre clean and comfortable but I do not like having to choose my seat when purchsing my ticket. I think it is a dumb idea and it needs to be terminated!

We went to see "Interstellar" in the iMax theater. Loved the stadium seats -- very comfy. The AMC iMax, was a different screen that I associated with the iMax presentation. The screen did not wrap around. It is still a good presentation, but not as dynamic as the "original" iMax. However, the sound was excellent. There are two snack lobbies, and a bar at the theater, which is kept very clean. I will be looking for more movies to see at this location.

Like the theater and the seating in general. Do not like the fact that we have to choose our seat before giving admission. We are usually early and like to pick our seat when we enter the theater. This has become an annoyance.

Whose idea was it to implement reserved seating at a theater? I guess I can understand the idea when a sold out showing was expected. It could reduce confusion with seating. But the usual crowd, when the theater is less than half full? Everyone ends up crowded together in the center of the room. Please stop and bring back the first come format.

Nice clean movie place to enjoy,good selection,food prices sorta high clean bathrooms,if your older than 35,don't go on the weekends,younger croud takes over.

Not a fan of the reserve seating thing but the theaters are clean and comfortable. Typical overpriced concessions at the snack bars that everyone expects. Good selection of first run movies and good schedule of show times. And it is the only theater in Brandon.
