There is so much to see and do in the Everglades, please protect and defend all aspects of this wonderful area. We look forward to Jan each year for a 2 month vacation.

This was a great experience all the way around! Rita is a top notch cook for sure! Mark and Phil did a great job getting my son a 10 foot gator! They all treat you like family! Nice clean sleeping cabin! Highly recommend!

Could not have done more from booking with Rita to the hunt with Mark and Phil. They did everything they could to get me my 10'2" gator, took two days, but not for lack of trying.Second day Phil brought his son because Mark couldn't make it do to other matters.phil and his son treated me and my 8 yr old son like family.Will be booking again next year for my son.Even if only a little interested in gator hunt, I HIGHLY recommend!!!!thank you

Hard working outfitter, excellent and diverse habitat, all equipment top-notch, very friendly and pleasant people, perfect accomodation and wonderful food. I have seen numerous alligators on my 2 day trophy hunt and finally got what I was looking for after numerous stalks and covering of lots of ground. I can definitly recommend this hunt.

This was the third hunt that my son and I have done with Everglades Adventures. Each time we've gone, my son has learned more about hunting... and lots of other things! Mark and his colleagues are a wealth of knowledge and experience. We have always gone there the night before, stayed at their little cottage, and had a wonderful dinner cooked up by Rita. During or after dinner the conversation will always come around to the wildlife. If you are lucky, Mark will be in a talkative mood, and he can tell you more about hogs, deer, 'gators and panthers in one night than you'd learn in a hundred college courses! Not only that, what he tells you is actually true, and he has the first hand knowledge to prove it. Worried about the "nearly extinct Florida panther?" Have a look at the photos from his hunting cams of cougars traveling in packs of six! Think pythons aren't a problem? Check out his photos of the huge python found a few hundred yards from his house. But those topics aside, Mark can give you a terrific oral history of central Florida's land, wildlife and people. Then, the next day, he'll take you out to find whatever animal you chose to hunt, and he'll make it a fun, educational and rewarding day. Mark doesn't stage his hunts: you track it down (with his help of course!) and take your best shot. For my son and for me, that's what makes it an "Everglades Adventure!" Best of all, you get to take home all the meat!.

Mark really put us right on the ducks on this hunt. I have never had such a successful early real hunt until now. It was an amazing experience. I can't wait to do a regular season hunt with this outfitter during regular season. Also, there dove hunts are amazing!!!! They blow special opportunity hunts out of the water!Thank you Mark and Rita for these incredible hunts..

I booked a half day hog hunt in early September and had a blast! I'm new to bowhunting and this was the perfect place for my first hunt. I was visiting Fort Lauderdale for a few days and I really wanted to find an outfitter nearby to put me on my first hog. I wanted it to be strictly fair chase, and after a lot of research I knew EA was the place. The price is not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for here. My guide Tom was the man! Even if I didn't harvest an animal the experience and knowledge he gave me would have been worth it. I learned a ton and was lucky enough to see at least 50 pigs throughout the morning. I nailed a nice sized meat hog and Tom cleaned it (teaching me the entire process) and we packed it on ice and into my cooler. I flew home the following day and now have a freezer full of delicious wild pork. Mark and Rita run a wonderful operation. I look forward to the next chance I get to visit Florida and book another hunt with Everglades Adventures!

Mark - thanks for taking my father-in-law and me out for a summer pig hunt. It was his first trip to America (from UK) and first kill bigger than a grouse - great to intro him to some real USA hunting. He really appreciated you explaining the ins and outs of the hunt and sucessfull subsequent tracking of his pig. It was new for him but he is already planning our hunt next year with you. This was my first hunt. I choose this place because was the closest to Miami and had some very good reviews online. Mark and Rita made the stay very pleasant. The home cooked meal was nice and room comfortable. I enjoyed talking to them and they explained very well all I needed to know before the hunt. We harvested 1 boar. My first shoot was bad placed and we had to track the animal for some time. Mark did not quit knowing I could not leave a wounded animal. My experience was great and I am looking forward on my next business trip to Miami and scape again for a great hunt.

My first Osceola turkey hunt was an absolute success. My guide Tom and I had a great time and harvested a turkey the first morning! I would highly recommend Everglades Adventures, as the accommodations, food and conversation were excellent. As a bonus Tom and I harvested a nice hog the second morning. Thanks for the wonderful experience!!

My son and I were looking for a real fair chase hog hunt. No pen hunting please. Well Mark showed some great ways to hunt hogs, stalking on foot, electric cart and spotting from the top of his jeep. In all cases we were on open lands and glades in search of hogs. My son shoot his hog at 8:30AM while it was 5:30 PM until we were finally able to stalk to within shooting range of my hog. Just the way a fair chase hunt should be! Mark and Rita are great hosts. You cannot go wrong booking Everglades Adventures.

After researching and talking with several Florida outfitters that offered wild boar hunts, I decided to go with Everglades Adventures. I had stopped by to talk with the owners of each and found Mark to be the most honest, professional, and "telling it like it is" with no embellishments about his services, guarantees, or expectations. His honesty, professionalism and forward leaning can do attitude eliminated all other competitors. Although he said he was booked, I should call Rita and see what she could do. Rita reflected the same attitude and found an opening that fit my schedule. I arrived the night before and enjoyed a home cooked meal with Mark and Rita, the overnight accommodations were more than and better than I expected or used to when hunting. Early start was no problem, however, I thought the dense fog would be a stopper. Not so, Mark used the fog to stalk three different sounders of pigs, identifying the one he felt was the one I was looking for. Good shot, clean kill and recovery with out incident. Mark processed and packed the pig in ice and I could have been on my way, but coffee and stories put the right touch on a very enjoyable and educational experience. My son and I hunted with Mark again this past week, a full day boar hunt. It was our 4th or 5th time out in ten years. Mark and Rita are just the best. First class guiding and always a productive and memorable hunt. Mark is great with children (my son was 10 when he shot his first hog), as well as experienced hunters. He's the real deal. We are already looking forward to our next hunt. Thanks again guys.

I went hog hunting with Everglades Adventures on 1/17/14 for meat hogs. We had a party of 4 and were split up in pairs from the beginning, this gave us more opportunities to harvest a hog. I went off with Mark (guide) and a buddy as our other 2 members went off with Jessie. Within the first 15 minutes of taking off and arriving at the first location Mark spotted a group of about 6+ hogs of which there were about 2 that I could harvest. We began our stalk and before we could get close enough something had spooked them and they took off. We walked about another 100yds to find another group of about 10 or so hogs of which all seemed to be nursing sows with their litters so we kept moving. Shortly after we spotted 2 coyotes running through the fields that were spooking the hogs. Fortunately for my other 2 friends that were hunting with Jessie, the coyotes ran in their direction so Mark quickly called Jessie to alert him and my friends were able to take some shots at them. After this we moved on to a few other locations to look for hogs to harvest. We did a lot of walking and was able to spot other wild life as well. Just before lunch time the other group was able to harvest one hog and then Jessie helped us stalk other groups of pigs and pointed us to a group that I was able to take a shot at. I completely missed my first shot so we then proceeded to try to stalk another group for my buddy to engage. We didn't have much luck and it was time for lunch. Later on in the afternoon we split into with Jessie and Mark since my other 2 friends were done for the day. I went off with Jessie and my friend went off with Mark. We quickly found a group of about 7 hogs. 2 were sows with litters and the other was my piggy :). We stalked them for about 15 minutes at an orange grove and waited for the perfect opportunity for my hog to clear away from the litter and I took a successful shot and harvest a hog. Right about the same time we learned that my friend that went off with Mark had also harvested a hog. I was fortunate enough to get an opportunity to hunt with both Mark and Jessie. They are both very nice guys who are very knowledgeable hunters who know the land and trends and have respect for hunting as well. The whole group at Everglades Adventures are very nice people, I had a great time hunting and would definitely recommend them to anyone especially those new to hunting. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time I was with them. Thank you for a great hunt!

Let me start by saying we cannot wait to throughk next year! This was the most exciting hunt we have ever been on. You will not find a more experienced guide than mark and jessie. They done absolutely everything to make sure we got the exact size gators we were looking for. They made you feel like family the whole time we spent with them. I took myself and my two teenage sons on a hunting trip of a lifetime. The weather was terrible our first night, mark knew exactly where to go to get us out of the 20mph plus winds on lake.We ended up getting an 11ft and a 10 ft through all of that. The next night mark and jessie worked thier tails off to make sure my other son got his gator. It ended up being the biggest out of all of them, almost 12 ft. I am an avid deer hunter,but after hunting with Everglades adventures me and my sons will be gator hunting every year with them. I can tell you one more thing. You will not go hungry while you are there either. Marks wife is one of the best cooks you will ever meet. Every meal was cooked tp perfection. You walked away from the dinner table needing a nap it was so good. If you are looking for a gator hunt in Florida, nobody will beat the experience knowledge and customer service that everglade adventures has to offer.
