epic theatres

This theatre is very nice. The times I've gone to see movies, it's the employes have been courteous. The place has always been clean. Great to go to matinees with your kids. I've been using their rewards program which is pretty good. They had monthly coupons you could use every Tuesday in that month, but now they no longer require the emailed coupon, just go in on Tuesday to see most of the movies anytime for $6.00. Any other time, I think that the regular admission is too expensive, especially for a family.

The theater is fairly new and well equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful. Of course concession prices are high, but that is true everywhere. The only reason I did not rate it excellent, is their policy of running some films only in Imax, with an upcharge and no alternate choice. I don't like Imax.

A great movie theatre where IMAX and 3D is available. The facility is very clean and very modern. Theatre seats are comfortable.

Hometown theater. Very clean, modern and reasonably priced. Showing all the latest films for both adults and kids.

What more could you ask for in a theatre? The seating is lush, the audio is prime, the XL screen and 3D capabilities are in par with what you expect in the 21st century. This is an excellent theatre for couples, families, or to go solo. It's well-kept, brightly lit outside at night, and meets every expectation of a movie-goer.

My husband and I love going to the movies and when this theater opened we were so happy! The chairs are very spacious and so comfortable and that is very important for us! It's pricey like any other movie theater but we love it!

Very clean nice place to go to the movies. But it cost more for the popcorn and soft drink than the cost of the ticket

I have been to nearly all the good movie theaters in central Florida/Orlando area. Epic has the most comfortable seating by far. Concessions are average...just like you get everywhere else, but if you are looking for comfort....this is the theater to go to. It is clean, staff is friendly and it is never too crowded. It is worth the $$$.

This movie theater is as close as west volusia county is going to get to a AMC stadium seating experience. So, if your going to whine about the cost of tickets or concessions, stay home and wait for it to come out on dvd and pinch your pennies.Now, this place has ultra comfy chairs, ice cold air conditioned huge movie theaters, ultra friendly staff. I know this to be true as i have seen at least close to a dozen movies at this place. There was one instance where a couple wouldn't shut up during the movie, so when i approached the manager to reference it, she refunded my ticket and proceeded to put a movie poster from a popular movie into my hand and kicked the talking couple out for not respecting the "do not talk during the movie rule"; or as i call it "movie on, mouth shut!". Oh, also i was directed into another theater where the same movie was going to be starting to watch it in peace and quiet all the way through.So, if you want somewhere to go to watch movies and be comfy and relaxed without saying "oh epic is higher in prices" then this is the place to go.

This is really the only thing to do in Deltona besides go to the library. However, it's fairly new to the area and the popcorn is always fresh and restrooms are always clean. We go here about once a month. Everyone seems friendly here and they have IMAX and 3D movies.

We love to go and watch a movie in comfort. Epic's seats are so comfy. The theater is always clean. The restrooms and snack bar are spotless. The employees are professional and helpful.

The epic theatre is higher with concession foods prices than others. The ticket pricing is a little high compared to other theaters but the higher the price the larger the screen, so that is a plus. I will watch some movies that deserve to be watched on the big screen that being said movie prices are seriously too high in general not just at epic, but Regal, AMC, Carmike, etc all across the world. But epic is highest of all theaters I have ever been. I have only experienced this Epic theater (never been to other Epic theaters) and it was just built so perhaps the tickets are higher now due to recovering cost of construction and will lower in the future, who knows. This theater is not "on the grid" such as fandango or any ordering online tickets, nor does it have self purchase kiosk, which makes me majority of the time choose another theater over this one. This epic theater is 7 miles from my house but due to various issues I choose to drive to the Regal, or AMC in sanford, Altamonte, Oviedo, which is twice as far in distance. Regal has 5$ Tuesday and 1$ candy Wednesdays, and other promotions randomly and frequently. AMC has the blood donor free movie ticket on their front door most weekends as well as occasional special concession food offers, plus their stubs rewards card. All that being said in my past 10 visits to the movies in the past few months, only 1 has been to this Epic theater. In fact due to all the above mentioned issues I have only been to this Epic theater 4 times since it opened.

Epic Theatres may be a little difficult to find as it's tucked back off the main road, but it certainly isworth the hunt. A beautiful spacious multi theater with what appears to be ample parking. Stadium style seating and plenty of restrooms. Yes going to the movies can be pricey these days, but at least this theater makes it worth leaving the house.

This was a nice theater, inside and out. the staff was friendly, the movie theater was clean and the seats comfortable.
