Like five star dining? Then Skyview is for you. Great atmosphere, great bar, and the food is really good and priced accordingly. If you're looking for linen napkins, and menu items like lamb chops, Chilean Sea Bass, or a NY strip, then this is the place to go. I haven't been disappointed with the quality of the food, the portions or the service. Drinks are top shelf and if you want to save a couple of dollars, order their "house" selections. My wife orders house pinot grigio and she tells me it's really good. I like Chivas and Ketel One and the price is ok for these brands. Are you a steak lover? Then their Thursday steak night should be on your calendar. The prime rib is tender and I usually get an end cut. My wife gets a medium well NY Strip. Reservations are essential. However, if you don't have a reservation, you could have a meal at the bar. Might be ok for lunch but not dinner with spouse or friends.This is a restaurant that should be on your list while in Hernando.

I had the opportunity to dine at Skyview in Citrus Hills with a group of friends for an anniversary dinner. The chef had to make me a special dinner because I am gluten free and vegan. He made me a vegetable stack that was totally delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The rest of the group enjoyed their "normal" dinners as well.

This is certainly fine dining as long as they don't seat you in the bar area. The food was very good, had a nice wine list, good choice of beers and the staff nice. You may experience a little wait time from the moment you're seated to getting your drink order taken. We waited 15 minutes. We had a 7:15 reservation, and by the time we got our wine it was 7:40 and were reminded that the kitchen closes at 8:15 (this was a Saturday night) we ended up ordering appetizers, didn't feel like we had the time to truly enjoy a full meal and did not want to be rushed due to the kitchen closing so early!

Been here a couple times now while passing through. The meal is excellent. Service fantastic. Especially if you get Beth. She really makes sure her customers are well satisfied when they leave.

Excellent restaurant, unfortunately it is a members only joint, one cannot book or walk in off the street. You have to be invited by a member.r

I live in the development so I frequent the restaurant on a regular basis.The main reason is the view the detail thru the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. The restaurant has changed a lot over the years and the food is starting to suffer, the portions are smaller and lunch is becoming pricey. The food is tasty and as i said a beautiful environment so time will tell.So heads up Skyview, a lot of great restaurants are coming in to the area.

Although prices are high, the food is quite good. We look forward to specialties. They have a good wine selection, as well as craft beers.

Title pretty much sums it up. Food was ok, prices too high, when the waitress is a snob I'm outta there!

Our waitress Michelle was wonderful and also a big part of what made our night out so lovely. She provided excellent service with a smile. Both fish dishes, the blackened red snapper and chilean sea bass were the most delicious food ever ! We will return !

This is a gem in Citrus County. The food is wonderful, the bar is fully stocked, and with great micro brews as well as Johnny Walker Blue when the mood strikes you. The menu is not large, but a great selection, and often they have theme nights, so if you go, make sure you find out if it is a theme night.Scotty behind the bar and Mary Ann of the wait staff make it a great evening, and don't forget dessert.And, the premier golf course and tennis courts in Citrus County.

We keep returning to Skyview many many times over the past several months. It is our number one choice. My wife had a stunning Rack of Lamb and she said it was outstanding, great and done just as she asked. I had the Prime Rib it also was a great Dish. The best in Fine Dinning, Great Food and excellent Staff in Citrus County. We eat at Skyview all the time. They change the menu often. The service by the Staff is outstanding. And we feel they have the best food in Citrus County. Kevin and his staff do a great job taking care of the customer even if you do not eat there three times a week. Scott the Chef has done an excellent job. Scott make super drinks. The cost is also very reasonable for what you get. Kevin and gang Keep it up.

A Classy restaurant. Service is usually very good-- some times a bit slow but the food is usually very good and you can't beat the soups.

The best in Fine Dinning, Great Food and excellent Staff. We eat at Skyview at least three time a week. They change the menue monthly. The service by the Staff is outstanding. And we feel they have the best food in Citrus County. Kevin and his staff do a great job taking care of the customer even if you do not eat there three times a week. Scott the Chef has done an excellent job taking over from Jason. They both are very excellent Chefs and have done a great job with the food and menues.

Skyview is in good shape and very scenic. The greens are overseeded for the winter and very difficult to read. Our scores would have been much better had we all been able to putt!
