HEY GREAT, I love hearing from people that had an awesome time. Our rates should have only been $35 plus tax with the coupon for the one hour ride unless you had an upgrade of any kind. Thanks for a great review. Tom & Jerry's is a long ways from Canada so thanks for coming to our location between Tampa and Ocala.Cold weather does not stop alligators in our remote location plus we can get out of the weather. Come back again jerry

Holly molly, I would be hot also, This issue has been resolved. All phone personal has been replaced and we are under new owner ship. Tom & Jerry's is based on customer satisfaction and we will try and make sure we do not employee people with attitudes. Thanks to people like you we find out what is happening. The K.O.A. has strict speed limits as kids, dogs, and critters walking the drive way, we do ask 10 mph but you should have been treated with respect. The K.O.A. offers a great place for campers that ride airboats to stay long or short term. It has very clean rest rooms and facilities for your use. It is much easier to find with the 30 ft. sign right on hwy 470. We are truly sorry for your experience and hope you decide to give us another chance or our other company BJ'S Airboat Adventures will guarantee you customer satisfaction.
