This cource is challenging in a buatiful seeting. Although it is a private club, member can bring guest to play and enjoy the 19th hole. The food at this restaurant is actually much better than the club house main restaurant. I think the cooks are better at this location.

We played a ProAm at this course and the Links course. Both were beautiful and immaculately maintained. The staff was welcoming and helpful. A challenging course but if you cut yourself a break, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of this course. If you can, play this course, you will be glad you did.

One of the best of the best 154 slope multiple tees. You need some talent and to avoid the flora and fauna (aligators bears and snakes). But if you want the best course in North Florida (sorry TPC) this is it.

Without a doubt, this is an excellent golf treat. It's a registered autboun course and plays very difficult but fair.

If you want a unique golf experience in Florida play the Creek! We played on a beautiful spring day and loved the course layout along the IntraCoastal. In addition to being a well-maintained course with some very challenging holes, it also allows you to commune with nature. There are no houses around so it is very quiet. Alligators, turkeys, herons, even otters were seen during our day out! I would play this course every day of the week if I could!

It is right along the ocean shores, with beautiful views, vey well kept in a secluded and exclusive area.

Hammock dunes is a secluded area for rich and wellthy people. They have beautiful golf course and tennis courts and other games. The property is oceanfront. It is like living in paradise. All you need is your fortune and you will be very happy.

The course pro was kind enough to allow us a practice round early before a tournament, and wow, it's unbelievable. It was my favorite experience in Florida, it's just so unique. It's very challenging from the 2nd to back tees, I wouldn't want to experience it when it's windy. The greens were the best in Florida IMO. Obviously doesn't get too much play. If I could play anywhere routinely, this would be it.

We were fortunate to have an opportunity to play with members, and the experience was fabulous! We were immediately greeted by a courteous and friendly staff member. The practice area was immaculate and had plenty of space and options. The course itself was challenging and beautiful, with holes perfectly arranged around pine trees, groves of oaks dripping with swags of Spanish moss, and wetlands with wood boardwalks for cart paths. One unique feature was the lack of any housing anywhere along the course. If you ever have the chance to play the course, take it, you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I went as guests, along with our son (a golf pro, who arranged the outing) on Feb. 22nd, 2013. The folks there were very hospitable. The practice facility is outstanding -- many pitching areas along with two putting greens and driving range. It is a beautifully maintained golf course, especially the greens, difficult, but fair --- as long as you choose the correct tee blocks for your skill level (there are 7 tee blocks!). My suggestion: "Play it Forward", and you'll enjoy it. There are many severe carries back of the Blue tees. The "clubhouse" is modest, really just geared to having a drink and a bite following your round. This has been one of my best experiences ever on a golf course.

A GREAT course (but private). You can't beat the staff, food, atmosphere and challenge of this "low country" golf course. A great Reese Jones challenge.

Beautiful course, so well maintained, and when your playing you don't just enjoy the course, but the wildlife too. A must play.

this course is on Audobon Society approved land,,,the only builiding is the club house and the course is beautiful....but you can only play as a guest of Hammock Dunes resident or in a tournament...give it a try

If nature and championship golf are on your schedule the Creek Course at Hammock Dunes is the course for you. This Reese Jones championship golf course set on 900 acres of live oaks, pine forest and providing panoramic views of the intracoastal waterway will test your ability while soothing your nerves. This 18 holes on impeccable conditions provided me a unique blend of holes testing length and accuracy without knocking me out.Finishing my day over cocktails and dinner in the beautiful cozy low country style clubhouse was the perfect ending for today's sabbatical. An experience I will not forget and will pass on.
