baylor beach park

My 1 daughter and I took the 4 grandsons and they LOVED it. It was our first time there and we would go back again was not very crowded either ( we went on a Wednesday) price was very good too. :)

We have camped at Baylor beach for the last 3 years. We generally have 6-8 other campers with our group. Nice campground, but, we have decided we won't be back. The Mosquitos are terrible. We couldn't even stand to be outside around a fire at night.

Had a GREAT first visit and have been going back since! Took the grandchildren and they loved it. I was surprised at how inexpensive and GOOD the food was (better than packing a lunch). The cost for admission is also reasonable (low). Great place to spend a summer afternoon!

The water is clean and nice...but I suggest you wear water shoes as the sand/gravel mixture tears your feet apart! After awhile I couldn't even stand to be in the water because of it!

It is just a beach, you lay in the sun and swim. Priced right. Close to home. But it is just a beach.

I had fun as always when I am there. Don't get there much but it is always nice. It's a great place for familys to go and the cost is not out of this world.

This is a great low key place to go on a hot summer day. The lake is clean and a nice place to swim. The ice cream is pretty good too. I have been several times and you don't get the crowd or the drunks like you do at Clays Park.
