I gave it a 4 because of the speed of check in. This was my first time here so I got the newbie promo seed money. We stopped here after spending some time at the Buffalo before heading home. It was a short stop but I'd say for the size it was pretty good. Of course smoke was there but it is a casino, what do you expect.

Nice little casino to enjoy a break from a working trip. Kept nicely decorated and enjoyed a nice lunch. Do be cautious if cigarette smoke bothers you. By the time you leave, you will be looking for your nasal decongestion bottle and a bottle of perfume or cologne. You would even want to wash your hair if time allowed. We all know how smoke gets into everything!

We visited the Quapaw Casino while spending time with our relatives in Joplin. It was a nice short drive and we enjoyed the few hours we were here. We signed up for the rewards program and received $10 free slot play and a $10 food credit which we used for the buffet. We had a delicious lunch with quite a variety of food for a small casino. We found plenty of slots to play. My husband played the Blackjack table and came away with a tidy sum after an hour's play. Overall, a nice casino! The only down side is the smoky atmosphere which gave all of us quite a headache afterwards.

When you pull into the Downstream casino complex it is really beautifully landscaped. The building is really nice looking too. At night the exterior changes colors! Cool! The Casino interior is nicely laid out with plenty of restrooms. Unfortunately, the smoking is a killer. IF you don't smoke be prepared! We could barely breath after an hour or so. Stunk like smoke when we left. Couldn't wait to get into a shower and put our clothes into a plastic bag so our whole car wouldn't stink too! The slots are not very generous. Don't even give you the illusion of winning a little to keep you playing. Did receive a free dinner for it being our first visit. The food was excellent and abundant!! Could put on 10 pounds in one meal! :)

I liked it, won. My husband didn't, he lost. I enjoyed it because it had the machines I like & are ued to. We are from MO. & visit Ks. alot. The slots in Ok are strange to us & we do not like to play them. Thats why when we find a casino that has our slots I enjoy it.

Kinda small. I'd recommend it for the serious gamers looking to get away from the crowds and off the beaten path. Cheap entertainment, which is always nice.

This is just an old storage building turned casino it seemed. But you can loose money there just as easy as anywhere. Had a decent bar and friendly staff

The casinos out in the Miami ,Ok area are not easy to find, I advise anyone going to write down phone numbers and not go by address that you see We used 4 different GPS and could not find them This one is actually located past another casino on the same road You have to try their breakfast at this establishment. They give you three eggs hash browns toast and a chunk of ham that needs to be on a plate of its own for 6.95 The play time at this casino was just as much fun and very enjoyable
