Nice clean boat ramps, parks, camping spots from tents to class a motor homes. Has nice boat stalls and docks and a good restaurant.

We came to visit our daughter who lives nearby. When we booked the stay we did not realize the dam was closed to traffic do getting to the park and around wad a little difficult. When we arrived wr were greeted by a very friendly staff. Our check in wasv fast, friendly and efficient. We stayed in one of the cabins, number 11. After arriving to the cabin, we found it to be a little musky at first but after running the AC it cleared ip. The cabins are not fancy. Just basic necessities. It was quite comfortable. There are alot of hiking trails, a swimming area, boating and even a children's fishing pond. We really enjoyed the stay.

Besides the obvious, well known lake activities (boating, fishing, etc.), Keystone has some nice rustic hiking trails, accessible not far from the park entrance. We spent a lovely afternoon wandering through native oak trees interspersed with moss covered rocks.There are no improvements, just the occasional green post to let you know this is a hiking trail and you aren't lost. The trail we hiked is not improved (just the way we like it) and showed no signs of other people. There were no striking vistas or high-impact sights, but it is amazingly refreshing to get away from the city and be immersed in the woods for a little while.We couldn't help but think of Washington Irving and the rangers he traveled with in 1832, exploring the dense cross timbers of this region. His description included the phrase “forests of cast iron.” Lucky for us, someone had already blazed a trail for us, and we were on foot, not horseback. Unlike Irving and his companions, we were able to walk back to our car and drive home to a nice hot meal and a bath.
