lex's cool stuff

Had a great time. Didn't plan to buy anything, but I ended up getting two really neat necklaces at good prices. If you're willing to look close, there are inexpensive treasures amongst the clutter. The shopowner is a great person and her shop reflects that.

Lex's Cool Stuff is a funky second hand store with a little of everything. Lex goes to just about every garage sale and estate sale up and down the coast for miles and then drags the stuff back to her shop. Some is cool and some you have to laugh at and some you wonder about but for entertainment you can't beat the place or Lex. If you get brownies (not magic ones) they are good too. Lex makes the place and you have to take about two turns around the inside and outside of the place to see about 50% of it. Even if you don't buy anything Lex makes you feel right at home. As for the prices like beauty it is in the eye of the beholder but you can chat about price and likely get it for a bit less if you are friendly like Lex. .

We have so much fun with Lexi and she will even go look for special request item on your wish list when she is out getting more treasures for her store! How cool is that?

Lex is lovely-- and enjoys people. Her shop has stuff that may interest you if you like to look through "junk". She feeds her patrons grapes and brownies. My sister and I had fun and bought some cool wood carvings.

This is a quirky place with lots of small items from what appear to be local family sales or auctions. I did not notice any of the usual items in the tourist areas. Everything is priced reasonably and somehow in order. The property reflects the personality of the owner. Go in here if you are in the area.

It was fun to just drive by and check it out.....it wasn't open all three times we drove by though....took pictures of the outside which was probably the best thing to do!

Nifty little shop. fun to look at curious items. Super nice Lexi. She makes wonderful brownies!My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful time looking at stuff you just don't find anywhere else, those are the priceless moments I am blessed to have. Lexi was wonderful, very nice, she made us smile.

lexi did not want to take any time to show me some stuff I was looking for. even though I knew the item I wanted to purchase was right outside she said they didn't have any.

While staying in Oceanside, we saw this crazy looking little shop but it was closed. So we went back later to see if it was open. The tiny store and lady who runs it are a one-of-a-kind experience! After so many run-of-the-mill gift shops, this was a really fun experience. These are second hand and not everything is a "treasure" but I got a beautiful Asian teapot and six cups... for just $18.75! Not only is the set beautiful, but I have such a fun memory of the place and lady to go with it!

Lexie herself made the shopping experience horrible. .......she wouldn't shut up and stay out of our faces......prices were too high for the area

I enjoyed looking at all of the different stuff she has in her shop. An animated head of Elvis welcomes you and talks to you while you shop. Everyone loved it. She has reasonable prices and she makes killer brownies.

Such interesting conversations and the brownies were out of this world! Oh yeah, she has a lot of neat things - Cool Stuff!

All different kinds of used items...funky and fun!!! The owner is wonderful and friendly. You must stop and say hi to her. She may even offer you a brownie!

Love this little house full of eclectic treasures and junk. The owner is so kind and genuinely loves life. She will help you find something that you like or need, and may even offer up a cookie or two.

We stopped here after picking up a few provisions next door. It has a very eclectic collection of collectibles, antiques and not so collectibles. The owner is a very friendly women who was sitting outside chatting when we arrived. Worth a quick stop to browse the collection.
