Headed to the outlets for a rainy day of shopping. Stores were good (mainly clothing), and the prices were decent, but I found the variety and deals better at the Seattle Premium Outlets. However, no sales tax, and the nicest washrooms ever!

We found this mall to be represented by a larger variety of factory outlet stores in Oregon.The varied selection of product make this mall a great shopping stop.One caution, unless you are in a corporate brand name store don't buy your first find. The example here is fragrances. We found that one fragrance stores prices where almost 30% higher than their competitors for the identical items, so shop wisely.

If you have time to kill and are going to be in this area then this is a good place to stop off at. Having said all that the center is oddly laid out making going from one end to next not very seamless. Another negative to the center is the dining choices....THERE are no good ones unless you are looking for low quality food or junk food. There is plenty of parking here and the people working here are friendly but don't expect to be blown away with the deals, you can find a occasional good deal but to say you will save a ton of money is a stretch unless you shop in high priced stores normally.

Driving home from OR to WA on I-5, near Woodburn OR we happened upon this outlet mall. In addition to the usual outlet mall suspects (Hanes, Naturalizer, Kitchen Connection, etc.) were a couple of unexpected stores... A Cabi Outlet store, where I dropped a few $, and some jewelry stores fun to look at. I also noted that the sports stores (Nike, Under Armor), did not seem nearly as picked over as other outlet stores I have been to.

We had a great time at the Woodburn stores. Most of the stores are actual 'company stores' that offer current season merchandise directly from the main company (aka Haggar) without the typical mark-up, which is exactly why we went there, and it was definitely worth it. Some are actual outlets that sell last-season clothes etc, but we did not come here for those as the discounts are not typically that great.

Really liked this outlet mall was easy to get to all shops as it was set up in a mall type atmosphere with covered walking areas between stores. It has all the great stores you expect and hardly any areas are idle without shops. This is the best outlet area I have been to.

The variety and quality of stores were great. There was a good mixture of high end and economy stores. I appreciated with the mall being a plaza style, there was plenty of covered walking for the wet northwestern weather.

A good variety of stores and great prices! Stopped by on our thru Portland and since we are in Oregon paying no sales tax made it seem like an even better deal.

This just yet another conglomeration of factory stores trying to promote specific brands at prices comparable to traditional department stores. Don't even think of visiting this place around the holidays ... hopeless for convenient parking.

every time when I am in the Portland area, I have to stop at Woodburn Outlet.It is approx 40 Minutes from Portland away.Approx 100 stores are there from Fossil, Bose, Disney, Adidas, Kors, Under Armor etc.They are offering real goods deals (Fossil 50% of) and there are in generel no taxes in Oregon.It is not an indoor mall, but they made now a room over the pavements, so the complete area is protected from rain.There is also a small food court if you are feeling hungry from shopping.You can spend there hours and hours.

Nice location - partially covered - conveniently located off the highway! Great brand names - the layout is very simple and easy to find various stores - Coach -Gap - 9 West I made purchases in all 3. Really enjoyed shopping here.

I went to woodburn outlets for this black friday shopping and totally loved it. It has all the brand and the layout of the outlets is very simple and easy to remember. (Yes, i always get lost when i go into outlets and have to look at the map to figure out where i am). Thoroughly enjoyed shopping here.

Have great stores here, Cole Haan , Coach,Tumi ,Oakley,Bose and the best of it ZERO TAX! Really great deals .Definitely will visit again in the near future

My wife loves the shopping deals here, as well as I do, a non-shopper. Great name brands, Under Armor, Bose, Tommy Bahama, Ann Taylor. Great deals and no sales tax.

Great outlet mall, with great shops selection. The fact the Oregon has 0% tax was a very nice surprise & bonus!
