As a fan of Wiskey primarily, I had a great time taking the wiskey making class. George puts a lot of passion in his spirts and it was really cool to learn the entire process

The tour is very informative. The tasting of the moonshine and vodka so much fun. Staff is knowledgeable about their moonshine. Definitely taking some back east, maybe.

George, the owner, is a world class moonshiner. He came to the states with no knowledge of moonshine and utlimatetly got legislation passed to make and sell moonshine at his distillery. The moonshine made there is by far the best nationwide, and he has it in flavors.

Trying to distill and store liquid in the desert it quite a feat but George and his crew are doing it! We did the tour and found out just how hard that really is.As for the spirits..........top notch!

Tours are free in October so we were glad that is when we made our second visit to the distillery. Jason, our guide, was very informative and his humor was well appreciated by all. This was our second visit, last year was our first. We came with family last year, by ourselves this year. Our plan was to stock up on our favorite, Grandma's Apple Pie and came away with some Moonshine as well. So glad they now have a pouring spout for the jars. You'll not want to spill one drop! The process is interesting, the owner is totally unique and had an eclectic past before becoming the owner of the first legal distillery in Las Vegas. Can't wait to see what new delights they come up with next time we are in town.

I went to the whiskey-making class that's only offered (as of this writing) twice a year. WOW! The owner, George, gave the class, mixing it with fantastic stories of his own experience starting the distillery. I learned so much and enjoyed a lot of great alcohol! The whiskey and other spirits are delightful, but it's the love and delight that George and his partner Sid put into the whiskey that make this distillery tour a real winner.

We were looking for something different to do in the Las Vegas area, having been here numerous times before. Las Vegas Distillery filled the bill. We dropped in and were treated to an impromptu tour of the facility, including a lot of information about the production process. The distillery offers 9 different types of alcohol for tasting. We very much enjoyed our time there and the tastings, and purchased several bottles in the company store next door. Most certainly recommended.

We have been visiting Las Vegas for years, but this is the first time we have come across the Distillery. The guys who work here are more than welcoming - very friendly, and clearly know what they're doing. We signed up for a tour, which Jason conducted, which was great, and followed by a tasting of pretty much anything you wanted! They also sell miniature bottles in plastic, which are great for travelling. I can't recommend this place enough, and it's only 20 mins drive from the Strip. If you have a hire car whilst in Vegas, I recommend you take a drive out there. They've got plans to open a bar out there later this year. They are definitely onto a good thing!

Our Kansas University alumni group visited this local distillery in July. The tour consists of basically one large room that contains the entire booze works. But the attraction is not the machinery - it's the presenter: George Racz, the Hungarian-American founder of the distillery, along with his family, and, not incidentally, the guy who wrote and helped pass the legislation in Nevada that enabled this business to start in Nevada.George is large and somewhat profane - be advised - but really friendly and funny. And the booze samples aren't bad either.Worth the trip to Henderson!

My wife and I were visiting Las Vegas in April and she wanted to see the Ethyl M factory and I found this gem of a place. I noticed the boutique style of distillery they are and could not miss the opportunity to check it out. We were greeted by the staff who stopped working on the floors to the new gift shop to give us a tour of the place and to answer all questions and told us of their plans to do some chocolate work with their spirits in the future once we got the tour and finished asking all about their products we purchased several bottles of their craftwork which is as superior as their staff. As a sidelight when we were going through the Ethyl M plant we talked about the distillery and how wonderful an experience it was it astounded them that they had no idea that there was such a place only a few blocks away and they too will visit them Funny isn't it how when you live in a place you seldom know what is available to you. If you are in the area and even if you are not take the time when you are in the area and visiting the Vegas zone cTake the time to go on down to Henderson and check it out you won't be disappointed

I've spent the last five summers in Las Vegas, but it wasn't until I did a simple google search for "Las Vegas whiskey" that I found the Las Vegas Distillery. A friend and I paid them a visit on an ordinary Monday afternoon and were the only to doing the tour (which was free!). Our guide, Sid, dropped what he was doing to accommodate us and he was friendly, knowledgable, and outgoing. Made us feel right at home. The story behind the distillery is fascinating, and their equipment is top notch. Kind of strange to find such a cool place in a nondescript industrial area. Anyway, the tour lasted about an hour and was followed by a tasting. Sid let us try anything and everything, which was a real treat considering the distillery produces a wide variety including whiskey, rum, gin, etc. They also have a gift shop where they sell their product, apparel, etc. You can tell this is the sort of place that is going to continue to build, and it was cool to experience it while they're still fairly new to the scene. If you're in Vegas looking for something fun and unique to do, I can't recommend this highly enough. I'll definitely be going back every time I'm in Vegas.

Sid gave us an excellent tour of the distillery, and was funny too. Wear sturdy shoes, and if your bag is heavy Sid gives you a safe place to store it during the tour. Definitely try the apple pie/cider vodka sample at the end of the tour.

Didn't know what to expect. Have visited jack Daniel in Tennessee. This distillery is small. They're just starting this business. We had a one on one tour along with tasting at the end. Excellent. We'll worth the 15-20 min drive

We decided to check out the still relatively new and first legal distillery in Nevada. What a fun little excursion. Jason was our guide in this compact but fascinating distillery which is now making a few kinds of "moonshine", rum, vodka, gin and whiskey. Most of the equipment was imported from Europe and is very impressive. They are hand bottling which is so unique in this day and age. The owner, George Racz, was on site to greet us. Nice afternoon break from the casinos and all the hub bub of The Strip. We purchased a few mason jars of Grandma's Apple Pie Whiskey which made fun holiday gifts to friends!

My wife and I dropped by the Distillery in early December while visiting family. This was our second visit and my how things have changed in a year and a half. While we still love the rumskey, now we also love the whiskey and apple moonshine too. George is a first class host and businessman and he provided interesting information about his evolving business. The Distillery is one of our must do's in Vegas, early in the week!
