We played Lexington course. The staff was wonderful. The stars I gave are for the course. It was challenging but beautiful. The people they paired us with were great guys. A lot of trouble on this course. The women's tee's were set fair and I saw a lot of women playing.2 downfalls, we sat in the restaurant and tried to get a bite to eat before our round, we left after 10 minutes when no one even acknowledged us. Second one, we only saw the beer cart twice in five hours.
I played this course back to back, 2 days end of February. It was great. There are apparently 2 courses, but I played only the Lexington both days. A Tuesday and Wednesday. The course was $46 to tee off at 1:30, including cart with navigation, free water and ice. The rounds played quickly both afternoons, completing in about 3-3.5 hours. On one day a 5-some had developed, but they quickly saw us and waved us through. The course was immaculately green. I found the play well designed - and tough enough. As newcomers we played the silver tips, rather than gold or black, and it was great. After a few rounds I might be up to move back, but it was clear that adding yardage adds difficulty on this well laid-out desert course. it was green throughout, the greens were in excellent condition - it was an excellent course that was both tough and yet a lot of fun.I found this to be a remarkable gem, and I was startled by the low price. It is an incredible value.
Definitely not talking about the staff, the people at this golf course are terrific. However, the golf course is goofy, bunkers are terrible and add a 6-hour round to boot. There are other courses in Vegas to play and I would go with those. Why not someone on the course to ensure pace of play? For that kind of money... would've made sense. Great views, not great experience.
We played the Concord course today and enjoyed it thoroughly. The greens are well maintained, in spite of it being winter and off season for travelers right now. It was challenging, but doable. There was a beautiful diversity of views and terrain, which also contributed to the trickiness of the playing the course. One fairway you could not even see the end of because it dropped off down the canyon and the out of sight hole was around the corner. Not for the faint of heart!
Casual setting serving breakfast, lunch and early dinner. Prices are reasonable and food is vey good.
I have played Revere each time I've been in Las Vegas for the last four years--sometimes two or three times in the same trip. The level of service at this club is top rate, and the friendliness and facilities have always been excellent. The experience starts at baggage drop, where the attendant always seems glad to see you and makes sure you are well taken care of. It continues through check-in, the excellent driving range, the very good practice facilities (including sand and short game areas) and massive putting greens. The courses are two in number--Lexington is the "nicer" course (probably more sophisticated) and Concord is (for my tastes) the "funner" course. Concord has more elevation change and more "thinking" holes. The facilities at Revere are excellent, the people very nice, and the course in good shape. I'm not sure you can ask more of a golf course (well, except for an Eagle or a hole in one. But I guess that depends on you. They have eluded me on this course!)
Played both the Lexington and Concord course. Both were in great shape. The Lexington was my favourite but I really in joyed both courses. The Staff and service were as good as you can get. We played on consecutive days so they held our clubs for us at no extra cost. We got there the next morning and our clubs were on the cart waiting for us. The courses are so different it's like being in a bother state when you play one after the other. If you get the chance play both courses it's well worth the 20 min trip from the strip.
Very nice clubhouse... Nice views of the valley and a golfer friendly course... Of good quality.Certainly would play it again
Had the opportunity to play here at a large golf outing. Lexington course was great. Well maintained and definitely challenging. I would recommend playing here.
Options are us at the Revere Golf Club in Henderson NV! I played both the Concord and Lexington courses in July and August and loved the opportunity of diversity! Both courses were well groomed considering the extreme Las Vega weather in summer. I was amazed how well the superintendent was able to provide lush fairways, thick grass roughs and smooth fast greens! Our experience at both courses were challenging but in different and unique in several ways. The Concord is shorter, more waste land desert and unforgiving hazards. The Lexington is somewhat longer, challenging green locations and difficult roughs. The 16th hole on the Lexington is the signature hole both in reputation and difficulty but eye candy for true golfers! The 18th hole par 5 on the Concord is amazing. A great drive and a good second shot spells trouble as the hole is downhill and a troubling lost ball hazard awaits in front of the green! For the most part the staff was great. I was impressed with Starters Mick and Al, both golf aficionados who are the unsung heroes of the courses. Pro shot guys, not so much! The complementary driving range is a plus coupled with complementary bottles of water and an exceptionally well appointed pro shop and bar dining area. All and all, perfect days on a lovely golf course. Try it, it's affordable and a great way to experience the Las Vegas golf seine!
Great experience. I've played both courses (Lexington and Concord) in the past. On my recent visit to Las Vegas, I was able to play both courses again over a two day period. Noticeable positive improvements and changes are taking place on the courses. They were immaculate and the staff extremely cooperative and friendly. I was presently surprised at the quality of the food in Buckman's Grille, the restaurant. Great experience.Lexington can give you all the challenges you would want from the tips. I was impressed and will be back. Recommending it to my friends.
Sandwiches are o.k. Chili should be taken off the menu: what a miss-naming. Chef (if they really have one) won't even listen to any kind of constructive criticism: like French Dip needs less salty au Ju Sauce to dip it in. The list goes on. Service is o.k. View is super, but go to Vic's: much better! (& We live here). We aren't going back!
There are 2 courses here-both are challenging but the Concord is much more forgiving. I have a high handicap but I did not slow play for the better golfers in my group. Even in 105 plus degree weather the course was maintained at a high level. The views of 'the valley' are fantastic and the staff very friendly-- I would encourage everyone who enjoys the game to try either course at The Revere--
Great value with a Groupon! First time playing the course. Extremely challenging... great hole design. BUT, pace of play was extremely slow!!!
We played the Lexington course. A brilliant layout, and extremely challenging. It was our first round the spring, so the course kicked the crap out of us, but we enjoyed every minute. So many gorgeous holes, and on many of them you have incredible views of the Vegas skyline as your backdrop. Booked on GolfNow the night before --- if you're flexible on when you play that's the best way as we played the course for only $55, which was a steal of a deal.
