My partner Ian is a craft beer enthusiast. He really enjoyed his visit here. Ivan behind the bar gave great advice on tastings and Ian enjoyed the Sunset Ale and Pippin. He had a discussion with Chuck the owner and Master Brewer, who we could both tell is passionate about brewing and this new venture. It deserves to be supported and we would recommend anyone who enjoys craft beers to visit the Fallbrook Brewing Company sooner than later.A good atmosphere and easy to find location mean this venue is bound to be a success.

Yes, I would like to try a flight. We tasted 5 of their brews. Some were really good, others were just so-so. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and nice servers.

I love to try local brew-pubs and this one does a great job in downtown Fallbrook. The atmosphere is very causal and comfortable. For a brewery it is surprisingly family friendly. The wood bar and stools are comfortable. Didn't try any food, but the Calavo Cream Ale was very refreshing with some grassy hop notes. If you are in the area, I would recommend trying one of their brews.
