Smoky, rude staff, terrible food at any price .Indian reservation so can do as they please; their cops are wannabes, arrogant.
I have been to this casino a handful of times, the main reason being that it is in a convenient location only 20 minutes from my house. I'm not much of a table and slots guy, I'm more of a sportsbook guy but I can only see that action, legally, in Nevada. The casino has a front parking lot that tends to be overcrowded at night and on weekends so it is much easier to park in the large parking garage. It seems like every other person in the casino smokes. We ate at the buffet and we were disgusted that we wasted so much money on a low quality buffet.Last time I was there, I was walking down a row of slot machines on our way out and I actually witnessed a lady projectile vomit all over the slot machine. That pretty much capped off my last Table Mountain Casino visit for a long time.
Beautiful drive to a beautiful casino. Was looking for something to do with family while visiting Clovis. Drove through some of the most beautiful land in the area. Loved the scenery.Arrived to what I expected to be a smokey, dingy place.Very pleasantly surprised to not smell smoke unless someone was smoking next to me. Much larger than I expected.Friendly blackjack dealer named Sky who was more than helpful, especially to my niece who was playing for the first time.We spent about an hour there and between the six of us, broke even. A few were winners, a few losers. Will go back!Love that they don't serve alcohol!
Don't play the tables with shuffling machines. It is rigged!!! I caught them red handed!!! and then the dealer suddenly does't speak any english... Whaaaat.... It just take the fun out of gambling because its not gambling anymore. Bunch of crooks!! I wonder if the gaming commission knows about it...lol
First impression walking in the door is that the place is dreary. Low ceiling with a dark color, very smoky, most aisles narrow. I like to play the machines at most casinos but just left after lunch. No gambling. The best thing I can say about the sit down restaurant is the service was friendly. I asked six of our party if they would order the same meal again and not one said yes. It isn't that the foo was bad. It just wasn't good.
I've gone to the restaurant in Table Mountain Casino quite a few times and it is always a great experience. The current chef is fantastic. We had our club meeting in their side room and were treated royally. Their food is good, fresh, and just the right amount.
I think they cleaned it up a little. Still smoky. It's just 15 minutes away, but I don't like to loose my money. Been there once and won't go again. But that is just one girl's opinion here.
I come their often & not only I rarely win, but today I got food poising from eating at the buffet, I spend $31.00 for two ppl, & had the runs while I was playing slots, it got so bad that we had to leave, my stomach hurts & I vomited twice already...I will never ever eat at TM again, even if they give me free food I will refuse...... As far as gaming, they have the tightest slot machines I ever seen In any casino..... U keep have to dump money in the machines & it doesn't pay out.... It's sad!!!! My advice is to go to chuckchansi atleast you have a chance to win there & a big selection of las Vegas style slots.... It's a much classier casino & it has good ventilation 4 all the smoke...... TM just lost me as a gambler never again!!!!
Table mountain si a great place to go have fun, careful not to lose to much! the sea food buffet is a have to do one time event, yummy lobster tail and crab legs.... the shows here seem to be a great deal and costly!
I used to love Table Mountain, but the buffet has declined a bit. The machines don't pay as well as they used to.
We are all older over (60 years old) both my husband and brother are 100% disabled Veterans both must use walker and has diffcult to stand in long lines (over a hour) we were given guest passes and were told to show back up in another line at 6pm but we still had to wait over 30 minutes before being seated----Great food---polite servers---had a nice time gambling even won a few bucks, but our only complaint was something with the buffet while waiting in line needs to be addressed to accomadate the disabled so they are not forced to stand on there feet for over a hour before before being served
so this is an average indian casino in the middle of the california central valleya plus is that is that it is a bit closer to civilization than the other area casinosbeing close it tends to get crowded fast and yes it does get smokeythey offer a decent selction of restaurants but really just drive into fresno for diningthe parking lot does tend to get folks confused on the outside but just head into the garage for easier parking
If you go to eat and gamble then look no further. The buffet is probably the best in the area. Gambling is gambling wherever you go. However, the staff are always pleasant, have a smile on their face and will greet you warmly. IF you gamble a lot then look into their check cashing card. Once you apply and are approved, it is merely showing your card and tell them how much money you want. No additional fee like with ATM withdrawals. What a deal.
Table Mtn Casino may have been revamped, but the food is not as good as Chukchansi. We have way too many casinos in these mountains. We are starting to look like Nevada!
The slots are tight and and I do not see any winners there. If you play the tables all they have are the games that have good house odds. Lots of Spanish 21 tables where there are no tens in the decks to give the house better odds. If you do get a seat on one of the regular Blackjack tables you can be sure that most of the other players play wrong. Not a good experience.
