圣莫尼卡湾

西海岸珍珠圣莫妮卡，阿甘正传中长跑的最西端。有一家Bubba Gump的虾店。 景色宜人。 是66号公里的终点。

到的时候已经很晚了，因为是周末，所以依然很热闹。海滩停车场很大，一次付费不计时间，大家开车去不用担心没位置停车。海滩上小店很多，都是卖纪念品的。餐厅很多，我们去了阿甘虾餐厅。

用你的眼、耳、肤、嘴~~~吹海风。晒太阳。看看人。踩踩沙。吃点心。喝饮料。~~找个地方躺下看着蓝蓝的天空，你就很满足了~~自备太阳眼镜，其他随变啦!

海滩很漂亮，游客很多，有一条人行步道，沿路有很多的街头艺人表演，大部份的餐厅都有室内与室外的座位，坐在室外很放松，很愉快，令人印象深刻！我因为不太饿，所以点了一份凯萨沙拉，结果来的分量多的超乎我的想像，根本吃不完，难怪美国的胖子那么多，呵呵！

下午的Santa Monica Bay提供了许多沙滩运动跟海边戏水的场所，也有许多景观绝佳的餐厅用餐

#美西游记# Santa Monica Bay，不愧为全美最有名的海滩之一。海水清澈，沙子细腻，人也比较少。同时作为66号公路的终点站，一路开下来，确实是一个洗尽铅华的好地方。

We went to this area to have dinner one night and it is so pretty. I would say if you have time to go for the day and have dinner. It is a very different feel then other parts of LA.

We ended our California vacation by spending the day on the pier, I will say I think it would be much prettier at night when it's all lit up. We had a lovely stroll along the pier and enjoyed looking out at the water and watching the men fish.We were lucky enough to be able to see some wildlife, we had a seal swim up looking for food and there was a boat full of seals sunbathing. I look forward to coming back in warmer weather maybe for a swim!

I still do not get why it is so popular, its smelly, the beach is dirty, the pier is packed, the beach is packed, the water is dirty, but yet, here we are, always a stop when we go down there. love the peopel watching, the tourists are fun to watch. The private reptile and bird zoo is crazy, i say it is animal abuse. I guess might as well make money of your pets. n8oD

They have the best pier in the state of California, food galore, amazing beaches, bike path for miles, and the best shopping that Los Angeles County has to offer. And the cherry on the top is the new subway station being built next to the pier and 3rd street promenade. 3rd street has the best people watching outside on San Fran. And it's very deverse with a little bit for everyone. Our favorite part are the street performers, that make the whole day worth while ;-)

Nice place with wide variety of restaurants and cafés, shops and pedestrian walk ways, muscle beach over rated but interesting walking there along the concrete "boardwalk"

This place is as pretty as the pictures. The weather ha a nice brezze! Very family friendly ! Free and pic attractions. There were some talented street preformers. Places to eat and rides. It was just great. We did the on the hop on hop off which is a great way to see a lot in one day...overall pier was great!! Will spend more time to next visit!!

Santa Monica is a great place where you can walk, do some sports, swimming, eat and drink.Also has a great sunset
