As a group of six we walked right in and were seated in their nicely decorated wine tasting room. We had no reservations. There are many different places in Healdsburg to go in and taste wine but very few accompany the wine with various foods to taste in order to get the most from the wine and for the wine to get the most from the food. It's a very neat experience. The person who took us through the tasting was very knowledgeable and informative. Now we are wine club members, too. On our next trip we will be calling ahead and reserving a spot where they bring in a chef and do a more dramatic food tasting with their wines. It comes at a cost but I am sure it's well worth it.

Everyone we asked before we came to the Sonoma Valley had Williamson on their must-visit lost...and we we not disappointed. Very enthusiastic host who did more than pour, he told us about the wines and the types of food they'd pair with I. Much more detail and educational than any other tasting this week. Each wine paired with a bite of cheese and condiment that actually worked. This place made me break my self-imposed "only one wine club on this vacation" rule! Not only wine, but left with spices, mustards and jams as well. What a wonderful experience this was.

I loved the enthusiasm of the server and the wines are very good as well. They serve tiny bites of cheese with a condiment that enhances the flavor of the wines so it is overall a very complete and enjoyable experience. They also have an entire wall of spices of high quality imported from Australia, so if you are a cook at home as I am it is fun to stock up! Also for purchase are wonderful mustards which I bought a few of. Great tasting room as well with tables and chairs to sit down and enjoy.

This is an educational wine tasting and food paring experience. You can sit at tables and the wine and cheese, etc. is brought to you by a knowledgeable staff member. I ended up buying 2 of the mustard type toppings and already introduced the Wiliiamson wine experience to friends at my house. Everyone really liked it!

Williamson wine tasting room in Healdsburg was recommended to us while staying in Windsor.My wife and I had a wonderful time tasting their wine and the cheese pairing that came with it.The people were friendly, helpful and made us feel welcomed.Each wine and pairing was described to make you look for the taste you should expect. Very well done.All of it was complimentary.An experience we will both remember for a long time.Wine is only available at the tasting room or online. Be sure to take some home like we did.

Did not have anything planned on our visit to Healdsburg and stopped at Williamson Tasting room. We were warmly greeted and enjoyed free wine and cheese pairing. Staff was great and explained how each wine and cheese pairing worked together. We also met the owner.Lovely little town and highly recommend Williamson. Wines were spectacular. Thanks for the hospitality.

We drove up from St. Helena for our first visit to the town of Healdsburg. We stopped by for a short tasting and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wine. They had a merlot paired with red velvet cookies that was outstanding! Next time we plan to stay near Healdsburg and will definitely make a reservation so we can get a better idea of their wine portfolio. The staff are friendly and knowledgable.
