The park is an excellent place to sit and relax!! Walking in the park, sitting by the falls, or watching people the Falls is the place to unwind.

If you are in Greenville for any length of time you must come to this beautiful park and falls. The downtown area where it's located is also beautiful and quaint. Allow a few hours to walk around and explore the park and shops on Main Street. Time well invested!!

What a beautiful park, the falls created by the large boulders were a perfect backdrop for wide open spaces with people enjoying picnics and kids running after the ducks. Plenty of walking trails and places to just sit and enjoy the view.

I just loved Greenville, and this park and the surrounding areas were amazing. The weather was just perfect to walk through downtown, full with sculptures and nice shops. We were even lucky to have Matt, a great young magician, to perform some magic for us during our walk. The view from the lake and the walk from the park make this a MUST-SEE activity to do in Greenville.

We spend several hours here before driving to Columbia for a football game. It was a beautiful park. Greenville, SC is a beautiful city and this park had lots of beautiful flowers and waterfalls. Great place to spend a few hours and get some sunshine.

We were visiting from Atlanta with our teenaged granddaughter. The weather was warm with a nice breeze. The park has great walking paths, nicely maintained, the view from the suspension bridge is lovely. Lots of amateur dancers showing their stuff that was fun to watchgray way to be outdoors and enjoy the river.

Great park to visit from spring through fall. They have beautiful flower beds in the spring and summer. Many people have their wedding there. It always seems a lot cooler down in the park during the summer. We take all of our visitors down there.

Falls Park is a beautiful park right on the Reedy River in downtown Greenville.......anytime of the day is good to go...anytime tendons with the kids and family....nights with a significant other or a girls night out with dancing and great food...it's a perfect place to be on either Fri sat or sun.....

We loved the restaurants surrounding the area. We disliked the fact that we had to leave on Sunday afternoon and return to reality.

Just steps from any of the hotels on Main Street, this is a cool place to walk and explore. Very well maintained lawns, paths and seating areas all along the falls. Imagine can get very busy on nice days but such a great site and way to enjoy being outside. Make sure to walk on Liberty Bridge and around the paths and bridges all around the falls. If you head up the Swamp Rabbit Trail past the university, can walk all the way up to the Greenville Zoo and see bridge moved there from 1820, the Vietnam Way memorial, the airplane memorial (Major Rudolf Anderson Jr Memorial) and more. Just a wonderful outdoor natural playground in the heart of downtown.

We were here in the winter and it was bitter cold. But we had to take a walk around the park anyway. What a wonderful place! And what's even more amazing is that it's right in the middle of a small city. The views from the bridge are stunning. The bridge itself is an amazing thing to look at. There are lots of little shops, coffee houses and restaurants that are right on the park. The day we were there it began to snow. It was so wonderful seeing everyone, including workers, stepping outside and watching the serene experience. We cant wait to come back in the spring and really enjoy all this park has to offer.

When this new walking bridge was first constructed... there was the inevitable discussion concerning "history" vs. "modernization." This, I believe, was one instance when the New overshadowed the historical. A beautiful addition to a beautiful city!

In the heart of downtown Greenville, SC, nationally recognized as one of the best down towns anywhere, this little park is fabulous. A suspension bridge allows you to walk over the water falls and look out over the park and the river. There is always something exciting going on in Greenville. You can rent bikes, picnic, shop at the local art galleries, eat alfresco & listen to concerts across the river (sit under the bridge for the best acoustics). It just doesn't get any better. We go as often as we can.

Relax at this beautiful downtown park. Right in the city of Greenville is a peaceful greenway along the Reedy River. Don't miss this!

I had heard a lot about this park! It didn't disappoint - great waterfall and bridge. I imagine that in the spring and summer it is amazing. Such a great addition to a downtown area.
