Lot's of choices and great stores all together in an outlet setting. Spent the afternoon shopping and got a lot of great deals!
I live near this place, and even I don't shop here. I'd love to say it's great and invite visitors from out of town to come, but I can't do that in good conscience. There are still some nice stores in the complex, but it's mighty hard to find a bargain at any of them.
I used to love this shopping center. Unfortunately there is nothing there anymore. New Ownership really tried to bring some new stores in but it just didn't catch on. Guess Tanger and Alamance Crossing are too much competition.Ttoo bad, it is much easier to access than either of the others and prices were much better. Sad to see it go...
Great Prices, and lots of shops; people were very nice
Stopped on way back from Duke Hospital after hearing so many wonderful things about Burlington Outlet stores. What happened to "all" those stores! Found some good deals at Sam's Factory Outlet and the owners and staff were extremely nice and helpful! However, Burlington Brands store was a joke. Seems that everything we looked at had very conspicuous defects--I'd be ashamed to sell items like that..it was an insult to our intelligence! Had we known so few stores were left, we would not have wasted our time there. We live 3 hours away and certainly would NOT drive back to Burlington just to go to the Burlington Outlet Village...BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Didn't have time to stop at the new mall or Tanger Outlet to our regret.
Only a few shoppes and most are expensive. Found a deal in the Polo St Laurent and Lane Bryant. Not worth the distance. Best outlets so far are still North Conway, NH or Lowes,Md if your going south.
could have more stores but the prices at the current stores were good.
The only reason I still go here is Carter's this one is alot less busy than the new one @ Tanger in Mebane, I also really like the Kitchen Collection store, otherwise not worth checking out expecially the 2 consignment shops that way overprice their stuff. All in all I think we go there about 2 times a yr and we live here.
The websites I visited made this seem like a fruitful outlet experience so I planned my trip around it. Once I got there I figured out that it was a little difficult to find based on gps and the locals. Most of the locals directed me to a new set of dept. stores or the new Tanger outlet center up the road. What I found was most of this outlet center had shut down or moved to Tanger. There was still a Burlington Brands store (a larger one is at Tanger), the Pepperidge Farm store which really had some good deals on dated cookies and a few other stores. But it looked like a ghost town. The farmer's market I'll admit I did not go to didn't look as appealing as I had hoped but the ghost town feel probably made it seem worse than it was. It is good for a short stop between Concord Mills and Mebane, NC where the Tanger outlets are, just don't plan your shopping excursion around it.
