This winery and vineyard has recently changed owners and they quaint and welcome you once felt has changed. It is now a trendy little wine bar that lacks the personality it once had. The wines have also changed and are not as unique as they once were. Disappointed that the atmosphere has been lost.

When we walked in the staff was very attentive we did the dry wine tasting as that is more to our liking! We enjoyed these wines and they even took us down to take a quick look at the barrels down below the tasting room! He was very informative about their wine making process! The building itself is in a great location downtown and historic with exposed brick and some portions of original hardwood floors! We struck up a conversation with some other people there and we all sat on the comfortable couches and had a bottle of the bugaboo creek wine! Fun times!!

My husband and I were here after Thanksgiving and just fell in love with Brushy Mountain Winery. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We tried most of the wines and purchased several as gifts for family in the Finger Lakes region of NY state. We met the owners and Amy let me try a new Chardonnay that will be bottled early this year. I am looking forward to it and can't wait to lay my hands on a bottle. In addition to great wine the winery has a very comfortable ambiance and live music. We really enjoyed ourselves and will visit again when in the area. If we lived here we would be regulars....
