This was my first playoff game we were able to get, find our seats without hassle. The view was spectacular and the access to concession stands was excellent. The main con was when it rains the concession stands fill up quick.
I've been to numerous football games at the stadium, and there is really not a bad seat in the house. The view from the 500 sections is pretty darn good. Overall, it's a great stadium with plenty of parking and it's a great place to watch the Panthers play.
A great place to watch professional football and any other sport or musical group. Have gone to many Panthers games and never had a bad seat. Great selection of food and beer, restrooms very convenient. Overall, just a great place to take in football. Love the place.
Awsome stadium, great food, ton of bathrooms, very little waiting, very clean, and not a bad seat in the house!
Charlotte has done it right. Stadium is showcased on the edge of downtown, but hotels, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Very nice.
Great Stadium...good food selection....and THE PANTHERS...Lots of clean bathrooms to use. Beautiful City with lots of great eats around....the tailgating is AWESOME....
The Bank of America stadium is easily accessible from Charlotte. We walked from our hotel in ten minutes. Staff were really helpful and told me to go to a nearby hotel and check my bag in as it wasn't allowed and they would take it off me. They even gave me a plastic bag to out my personal stuff in to take in with me. Once inside the bars were easily accessible. The club shop staff were also really helpful and made us a personalised jersey at half time. Great stadium even as an away fan!
I have always had a great experience at this stadium. Good views and I LOVE the new huge screens at each end of the stadium. Easy in and out and lots of security.
Very nice and fun place to be at. I have seen several games at this stadium and have enjoyed every minute of my time there.
There is not a bad seat in this place! We are from Ohio, but our 15 yo daughter is a huge Panthers fan. We have gotten her playoff tickets the last 2 years for her birthday. Last year not so great since they lost but she was one happy girl last Saturday! Staff is friendly. Lots of food selections. And again seats are great even in the 500s.
I was recently at the Panthers playoff game vs the Arizona Cardinals. The game was great (Panthers win!) and the stadium beautiful as always. But the weather sucked (cold and rain) and the club level bar service sucked even worse. It's hard to upset me, but one of the bartenders was so rude and obnoxious, I actually called him a curse word as I finally got my order and snatched my change back from his snobby hands. To Mr. Richardson...If you expect fans to pay incredibly high prices for tickets, stand and sit in the bad weather, cheer your team on to make them look good on tv, and on top of that, charge them $8 for a CAN domestic beer, at least have the decency to instruct the wait staff to treat the frozen and wet paying customers (you know, the people you make hundreds of millions off of) with respect and efficiency. This clown was playing dance club game favorites with pretty ladies and ignoring all others. Fail.
It was a clean Stadium, the staff were very friendly, the only complaint was after it was over - a lot of the exits were closed and you had to walk around the stadium to find one open. But we had a good time while we were there.
Easy to get into and out off. Had seats and not bleachers. Big screen tvs were great.Concessions were priced about the same as other big venues. Staff were very nice.
I've been to many stadiums over the years and I would say that this one ranks at the top. Conviently located in downtown Charlotte,NCOS. Many hotels within walking distance. Lots a parking available near the stadium or if staying on the outskirts of downtown the Lynx Light Rail Line is very accessible and easy to use to get downtown. The stadium itself was very clean and fan friendly. Concession prices were the norm for a NFL host stadium. Hotdog $7.50, Beer $7.50.
We've been to several games from the Navy Bowl game to Four ACC Championship games to and Panthers games. We've had a good time each time we've gone. The personnel working there have always been helpful. The last game we went to, my wife was having issues with her leg and walking. We went to the elevator staff and they made us feel welcome and not questioning if we were just getting a ride to the top bleachers. There's always plenty of parking near the stadium for big games. There are those who try to charge more closer in but just another block over and you can park for less. Over-all a good time for me and the family.
