It's a nice little place with a friendly staff, but as far as wines go not so good. We go to a lot of wineries and have done the Northeast Indiana Wine tour and even some wineries in Kentucky. With all those visits we now have a good idea of what wine should taste like. Their wine has a strong smell of alcohol like they haven't got their processes down. Typically we get a nice aroma of smells of what the wine will taste like by smelling it. When you smell their wines you smell just strong alcohol smell and something else not good and hard to describe. The wine did not got down smooth at all or have a good taste. They do have a friendly staff and some nice gifts. If your a into wines at all I would not recommend going here. I would travel up the road to McClure's in Peru.

We like to stop in after we go to Jefferson street bbq. We enjoy their sweet wines and always leave with a bottle or two. The staff are friendly and make the tastings fun. They also offer a variety of gifts and snacks. Helps make the hour drive to Converse worth the trip!

My husband and I stopped at their tasting room on Highway 31 while traveling to Michigan. We got good service, but the wine was just okay.
