The park is great for a hike, picnic, outdoor sports, and knocking around in the river.Shelter houses and indoor meeting facilities are available, plus an historic office/registration building.

Walk, hike, bike, wade it's all outdoors-wonderful county park very near town. Shelter houses, horse shoe pits, playground equipment, and camping-if you love the outdoors-this is a place for you. Nestled on the Muscatatuck River the hiking/biking trails are well cleared and well marked and challenging. They vary in length and difficulty. There is also a rock climbing area on site. Wonderful fields for softball, soccer or running. Great picnicing areas and the campground has both primitive and hook ups. This park is one of Jennings county's gems-well worth the stop and exploring. So thankful for great places like this!Carpe Diem!

We love to visit here and watch the birds. If you like to fish you want to come here. You can bring a picnic and eat here. The bathrooms are always clean. There are lots of hiking trails. My family has been coming here for over 20 years.

I love this park and luckily it's right down the road from my house! It's beautiful just to drive through and they have so many things to do. Great for hiking and tons of walk/bike trails. Some for the more experienced and some for the not so experienced. they also have a rock wall near the river. However i wouldn't recommend that for a beginner. the fall is pretty steep. Lots of shelter houses for birthday party's rented at reasonable prices or just to get away and eat your lunch. There is also campgrounds. And a little history with the old Vinegar Mill still standing and the old school house. it's a great place to spend the day. Careful while driving through, the turns can be sharp and you'll want to be careful.
