We make a point of stopping here every time we pass through this area. The store (attached to a gas station and restaurant) has a surprising number of different local cheeses, and you really don't want to miss this place. A friend asked me recently where he would go to get local cheese, and this place immediately came to mind. It's one of the only places we know of that sells blue ribbon Emmenthaler Swiss cheese (off the wheel), made by Edelweiss Creamery. Bring a cooler or cooler bag, you'll want to browse and stock up, and get some fresh curds to eat right away! THIS IS RIGHT ON HWY 11 / 81 with nothing too much else around it. Don't drive past - stop for a pleasant surprise!
