Went here with my family. The toddler snow tubing is not even worth it. They did give a refund once my toddler was not enjoying it after 15 min. Great Staff!If you have a toddler, wait until they are 5 years old so they can go on the adult snow tubing area with the rest of the family.

We traveled from the Baltimore area with two families to spend the afternoon snow tubing. We had a great experience. The lodge was welcoming, had cubbies to store your extra gear while tubing. The area had lots of tables, chairs, and a fireplace. The parking was close to the ticket office and lodge. The staff were all friendly and helpful with getting the kids in the tubes and situated before heading down the lanes. They constantly were monitoring the snow conditions to ensure safety for all riders. This was a great day.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience!! I'm not sure why we didn't have a ticket window open, and I will definitely look into that. The day you were at snow tubing was our busiest of the entire season - not what you want to hear, but it just so happened that the weather the previous weekend hadn't been ideal, and the weather the next day was forecasted to be wet....so EVERYONE came out on Saturday with you! I apologize for your experience and I do hope you'll give us a chance next season! Sundays always tend to be less busy and any weekday your kids have off school would be a good bet.

Thanks for coming snow tubing at Roundtop! You definitely figured out the secret - when the lines get long, go inside to eat!And yes...different methods of cycling the snow tubes work with the different crowd levels! We look forward to seeing you again either for snow tubing, skiing, or for SUMMER!! The OGO ball rolls down the same hill you were snow tubing on!

Thank you for your awesome review! Totally agree with you- the Night Club Card product is a hidden gem! Keep on telling the world what a great deal it is!! If you purchase in the pre-season, it pays for itself in 4 visits! And the rental option - a total win!

Awesome!! So glad you spent some pre-game time with us! The all day snow tubing tickets have been a huge hit! Please help us continue to spread the word that we offer them!!So sorry about the confusion regarding the pub being in a different lodge. I would have been disappointed to learn that as well. We do have a free shuttle running back and forth between our lodges on the weekends. If/when you do come again, don't hesitate to inquire about that if you don't happen to see it immediately!

I'm glad you were able to appreciate a slower Sunday - you can often ski right on the lift on Sunday mornings without a wait!As for a helmet rental - indeed - it's bundled with our rental package and with all beginner packages! If you need to a la' carte, it does cost $12 solo.We look forward to seeing you again - perhaps on a Sunday?!

Thank you for your review! The kiddy tubing lanes prove to be quite popular! FYI - the bigger snow tubing hill is the same slope that the OGO ball rolls down in the summer. Underneath the snow are two tracks for the ball to roll down! Check us out sometime!

So glad you enjoyed the skiing, and terrain park!Just FYI, for when you do return, we have lockers in rentals (and you don't have to rent our equipment in order to use them), basket check at Guest Services in the lower level lodge for a nominal fee, and FREE ski check just outside the lower level lodge!The Comfort Inn does a great job of taking care of our guests - and if you don't get enough breakfast there - we have delicious cinnamon buns in our food court in the morning!We look forward to seeing you the next time - have you checked out our GROM series - a terrain park event for young kids!

Thank you for your review and for mentioning the Mountain Passport - it's definitely the least expensive way to become immersed in the sport! As for busy weekends - it's often busy with kids, yes! We teach A LOT of kids lessons. However, if you have flexibility, daytime, during the week is the time to come!See you on the slopes!

I think you hit the nail right on the head (and I'm biased too!) that we offer a lot, as long as you don't come with expectations of a lot of vertical!Also, even though you learned without lessons, we do have upper level lessons every day and in the early season, prior to December 24th, every year, we offer $10 group lessons. That's a fantastic way to improve without spending a lot of money!
