My wife and I visited Montage Mountain to ski a couple times this winter. Purchased lift tickets on Liftopia to save some money which included rentals. No line to pick up the lift tickets and getting equipment rentals was quick and easy. The rental boots, poles and skis were all in good shape. All the staff members I encountered during my trips were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere outside the lodge with plenty of seating looking up at the mountain and fire pits to sit around to stay warm even outside. Inside the lodge is nice, with pretty good food that is priced as you'd expect (about $10 for 2 slices of pizza and a large Pepsi). Slocum Hollow is the full-service restaurant and bar in the lodge and is very nice. As for the skiing itself, the pistes were all well-maintained and there's a wide variety - plenty for everyone from first-timers to advanced skiers and even a couple terrain parks. The best part of Montage is that it never feels crowded. There's a good amount of people there, but you never wait in line for any of the lifts and you don't feel like you're in a crowd skiing down. This is why I chose to come here to begin with and why I'll keep coming back! I think this is a NEPA gem and I'm looking forward to going back!

First time to Montage, regular Elk skier. Purchased tickets online for one adult and 4 juniors. Got great deal. Employee at bottom of stairs welcomed us and helped tell us where to go. Trail were groomed well and conditions were very good. No lines. More slopes and choices for intermediate skiers than Elk. When skiing with the kids, will go back again.

What a great place to take your children to for skiing and tubing. I took my twin daughters today to tube and we had such a blast on the multi lane tube slope. I can not remember when I had so much fun. The girls definitely want to go back and I can not wait to take them. Next time they want to take ski lessons. The atmosphere was tremendously inviting. They have multiple fire pits through out the facility that are warm and inviting. I enjoyed sitting by one watching the girls tube. We enjoyed take a few minutes to break at the lodge and there food was fabulous. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly place to ski and snow tube. I will definitely be back soon. The girls want to check out the water park in the summer as well.

Nice gem in the heart on NEPA. On a whim took our 3 year old up to montage to see if she would enjoy skiing. Expected to pay and arm and leg for lift and rental tickets, however we got there after 1pm and hit a deal of 4 lift/rental tix for $89. The conditions were great and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend, small mountain, big value!

Purchased season passes for 2014- included 5 zip rider passes, 1 guest pass, 20% off guests, etc. All for $69. Fantastic deal. This year, talked 4 friends into getting season passes, as well as the 3 I purchase. This year, Feb 27th, no zip rider passes, no guest pass, and 10% off of a guest pass, for an incredible rip off of $99?! You've got to be kidding me. Camelbeach has twice as much to offer for the same price. Montage - you have 3 rides. Get over yourself. You just lost $700 in season pass revenue.

The kids and grown-ups had a blast! 3 hours for the price of $20 per person was a great deal and the perfect amount of time. The only downside was we had to wait for single tubes, they need to invest in more.
