My Daughter and I vistised this location, and we too had a very bad expereince with the V.P. of Marketing Kevin Grady. He was not willing to comp us, he was rude, and didn't seem to care if we ever returned. We have never expereinced such bad treatment, this man seems like he doese not care about the business he runs, or the the player expereince he provides. He provided us with bad services and was very rude.

In as much as I do like the HUGE Four Winds in new Buffalo, I really like this place. It is very welcoming, quiet even when busy. Nice mix of clientele. Given it's size and location, there are no folks just 'hanging out" like the larger casinos. With 300 machines, there is enough variety and lots of 1 cent machines.They also have a counter service restaurant with a variety of sandwich and snack offerings. I had the cheesesteak sandwich a few times and is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had anywhere...........including Philadelphia. The restaurant, casino and the outside grounds are VERY clean. Like any casino, you may win $ or you may lose $ but the Casino itself IS a winner!

This location is about 40 minutes from Four Winds New Buffalo. The decor is every bit as nice as New Buffalo but the facility is much smaller. They have a Timbers restaurant here and we were comped for our meals. There are four tables (3 black-jack & 1 Mississippi Stud) in addition to a few hundred slots. All of the employees were very nice (same as New Buffalo) and the location is easy to find via GPS. It is worth a side trip if you are visiting New Buffalo.

Always love going here, this place as class. The food is very good a little on the expensive side. Just a fun places.

JMJ Even though there are NO Signs leading you to the casino, it was easy enough to find using GPS. It is a much prettier setting than I thought it would be and slightly larger than others said. It is very adequate for the entertainment of gambling but don't think you will win much, or anything. The staff was very helpful and the gaming is smaller than most casinos in Illinois or Indiana,or the big Four Winds in New Buffalo. If you find yourself in the area and want to spend some money on the vice of gambling, you'll enjoy. The lights kept going on and off but the machines never stopped taking your money so I'm not sure what that was all about. I will probably never go back again. I'll just wait until I can go to one of the more generous casinos.

We visited the new casino the first week they opened. Even though it is small, it is beautiful. They have a small deli area. The food selection is limited to mostly sandwiches, sides and salads but it is very good. They also have a bar, slots and a few gaming tables. If you visit, I am sure you will have fun and make sure to visit downtown Dowagiac as well.
