We went thru this museum during family day at Ft. Leonard Wood Military Base. The displays and information were very informative. Alot of actually items. (Vehicles, guns, motorcycles, uniforms)The younger kids were very intreged and stayed interested the whole time. This is one of three museums in the g building. Be sure to see them when you have the chance.

all three museums are in the same building, the chemical corps, engineer corps, and the MP corps. good time walking through and checking out all three areas.

Every time I train at FLW I make sure to stop and visit this museum and gift shop. I hold several MOS's but 31B is by far my favorite. This museum is very educational and a good reminder of what those who have gone before us had to endure.

This was a great experience! I'm so glad we made time to go. It was very educational and interesting! I loved all the photos and the displays were very good!

In 1973 I became a Military Policeman. This was my first trip to the museum at Ft. Wood. There is a lot to see, not only in the museum, but across the street. We enjoyed walking around the vehicle park. Inside the museum building we found it very clean and well maintained. You will learn about the MPs from the Revolutionary War to today. You will find out when the MPs became their own Corps. You will learn the history of the Crossed Pistols and why we wear them with pride. There is a lot to read about to go with many pictures. Always, "Of the troops, for the troops". Please take the time to visit all the museums and the museum stores. Plan enough time to walk across the street to the vehicle park and the WWll barracks area.

The three museums are located within the same building and can easily be seen all together. We spent roughly 1 1/2 to 2 hours touring after graduation. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the displays and the details. It wasn't what I had expected at all. The information is very informative and enlightening. All three are definitely worth a tour!!

My daughter and I toured the Military Police Museum on a Saturday morning after doing a driving tour of FLW. The Pulaski County Tourism Bureau has a helpful brochure for driving tours of the area, including FLW. The Museum opened at 10am. My daughter and I both enjoyed the MP Museum, as well as the US Army Engineer Museum and the Chemical Corps Museum. All 3 were enjoyable and informative. But as an MP from 35 years ago, the MP Museum was the favorite for both of us. I would absolutely visit again if I ever return to this area. Just across the street from the Museum is a Historic Vehicle Park that we found very enjoyable. And further up the hill is the WWII Mobilization area. Restored buildings, some of those that you can walk through. And yet behind that is the Memorial Grove and Park. Stones, plaques and benches honoring soldiers and units of the Military Police and Chemical Corps. A beautiful area. You can walk to the sights across the street from the Museum, or I believe you could drive and park at each of the other stops. It really is a lovely area and maybe one of the highest spots on FLW.

We visited this on our tour of the base where our son was stationed. It was very interesting to see the history of MP's since our son is an MP.

This is, I think, the better of the three museums on the fort. It is rather small but shows a lot about the MPs. Worth visiting.

I really enjoyed the MP Corps portion of the Museum as well. I FINALLY made the time to go through it with my kids and we all enjoyed it!

There is a great deal of thought and caring that is a part of this muesum.

Visiting the museum put a lot of things in perspective for me and members of my family.

The museum was attractive and well-organized. It took us through a history of the MPs and showed us about some of the many ways they serve.
