These bowling lanes looked fun for our family. I was so excited to take the kids here during their spring break until I had to deal with the female working the shoe counter. The rudest customer service you can possibly imagine. I witnessed her smart-mouth a 4 year-old who had politely told her she had given him the wrong size of bowling shoes. Yes, you heard me correctly, I said a 4 year-old. Staff couldn't keep the electronic score board working properly. Spoke to other families who had been here before and they too encountered rude customer service from this same employee yet she is still employed there. We advised the owner, in person, about the rudeness of the staff. That one experience was so bad that we will not be back and will take our business elsewhere. Not sure how it is for adults doing league bowling but it was absolutely not good for our kids and their friends on this day and apparently bad for other parents from whom we have heard complaints. Guess we will drive a little farther to bowl next time around.
